An Abi Westwood Mini Lodge located in Rowan Meadow, 40ftx13ft with full wraparound decking and fantastic sea views, private parking space directly outside the van, and a small patio area to the side of the van with a fully useable BBQ* please refer to our T&Cs with the BBQ.

Open plan lounge with fixed seating, French doors, sea views and gas fire. Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.

The kitchen is equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, a fridge and a separate 4 tray fridge freezer, gas hob and grill and oven, there is also a washing machine in the lodge, and a freestanding table and 4 chairs.

Double room with dressing table, TV and small walk-in wardrobe/storage area
1 Twin room with 2 single beds and small wardrobe
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.

Main bathroom with door from main bedroom and also hallway entrance (Jack & Jill style)
Double glazing and central heating throughout. There is an also a gas fire in the lounge
Gated veranda, complete with patio furniture. A stone patio area is also available complete with BBQ
Private drive for two cars next to the accommodation
An approx 6-7 minute walk to main complex.

NON-SMOKING - Please be advised that all of Devon Getaways properties are privately owned and therefore smoking and or vaping inside of the caravan is forbidden.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, for details of costs please ask, without passes, access is restricted to the beach, Spar shop and the South Beach Café, but there is plenty to do within a short drive/bus ride if you would like a different kind of break, you will need to print off and fill in the form on the link below:

BOOKING TERMS
We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded.

On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £100 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days.

By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests, we do not accept pets and we do not allow smoking or vaping.

The maximum occupancy of the caravan is 6, an inflatable king size mattress is provided for anymore than 4 guests.
