Our breaks have been set out on the booking calendar as 3 nights Fri to Mon or 4 nights which are Mon to Fri. We are also happy to accommodate longer breaks should you wish. Most breaks are family breaks but we also offer adult breaks at different times of the year as dictated by the Butlins calendar. This is our spacious lodge which can sleep 6 guests we have one double, one twin room and a sofa bed.
The double bedroom comes with ensuite and TV. The twin room has two single beds with integrated wardrobe.
The main living area is open plan incorporating a beautiful lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. In the lounge you will find a three seater and a two seater sofa which converts into a bed, gas fire and a smart TV.
The patio windows from the lounge lead onto a very spacious decking area with a lockable gate. From here there is a small graveled garden area leading onto the fishing platform which is spectacular for sitting with a book and relaxing. There is plenty of wildlife around the lake and there is always something different to see.
The bathroom is spacious and come with a bath shower, toilet and hand basin.
Outside There is ample private parking to the front of the lodge this is solely for your use, so no hunting for a parking space and walking with your luggage.
We supply garden furniture on the decking area, on the fishing platform and on the patio. Rotary line is provided on the grassed area.
The Lodge is equipped with all cutlery, crockery, utensils, full size gas cooker plus microwave, toaster, kettle, Iron, hoover and upright fridge/freezer.
We also supply a travel cot and a bed guard on request. Duvets and pillow are supplied and have protective coverings which are changed each week.
This all comes wrapped up with entertainment passes and a view of the lake. If we are unable to accommodate you due to the lodge being booked we also have alternative accommodation on the same site we can offer you.
The lodge has been refurbished to a high standard and the owners visit each week to maintain this.
