Sarah & Brian invite you to book and enjoy a relaxing break in their home from home caravan. We are a professional working couple and also enjoy using the caravan when we can. We are not hiring out the caravan as a business and we are only able to service it on Saturdays. We sincerely want you to enjoy your stay and aim to provide a great base to explore from.

ABI Fairlight, only 4 years old. Felixstowe Beach holiday park is a popular, small and friendly caravan park. It is only a short walk to the beach and seafront attractions. On-site facilities include new clubhouse and refurbished swimming pool complex. Handy shop. Children’s playground. Bar, restaurant, pool table, and entertainment (in season). On-site laundry. Two supermarkets are within walking distance or a 2 minute drive.

The town centre is within walking distance or a 5 minute drive with plenty of parking. Felixstowe has many star rated bars & restaurants. Beautiful coastal walks on offer. The nearby Spa Pavilion also offers extensive entertainment. https://spa pavilion.uk
A popular walk along the prom takes you to the famous Felixstowe Pier, home to many amusements for children of all ages.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms, two twins and one double. The double has an en-suite toilet. There is a separate shower room with a toilet.
Quilts, pillows, sheets, quilt covers & pillowcases are all provided. All mattresses have clean mattress protectors. If you forget your shampoo or shower gel, you’ll always find a spare in the bathroom and toilet rolls. Bath towels not provided. Beach towels are available.
A well equipped kitchen for cooking if you wish to plus crockery, cutlery & glasses.

Passes for the club and swimming pool are available on arrival from reception.
Small dogs are welcome subject to prior agreement although 2 is a maximum stipulated by the site.

We will phone you before arrival to find out any special requests.
We will normally meet and greet you with the keys, or we can leave them in a key safe by the caravan, if appropriate. We want you to enjoy your stay very much and create wonderful memories.

Unfortunately it is a condition of the site that caravans are not to be used between 14 -28 February and that there is a maximum of 2 weeks rental for holiday makers.
