We have spent many happy years visiting the beautiful town and beaches of Wells Next The Sea and the surrounding area, falling in love with the beautiful North Norfolk, it's people, serenity and amazing places to visit.
Our aim is to provide our guests with a spacious and luxury caravan situated in a beautiful area of Pinewoods, offering a real home from home experience, in which to explore this wonderful county, and the stunning Wells and Holkham beach which is literally on your doorstep!
Our holiday home provides sumptuous furnishings, exceptional finishing touches and plenty of space whether you are a couple looking for some luxury or a family with children and dogs!
Our holiday home features:
A large entrance hall with coat hanging space and built in unit with a seat, really handy for putting on those outdoor shoes!
A luxurious and fully fitted kitchen with stylish pendant lighting, high quality kitchen fittings with soft close hinges. in addition the kitchen features an eye level integrated oven, grill and microwave with a 5 ring gas hob and integrated appliances which include an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, full size fridge freezer, plenty of storage and work surfaces. There is a free-standing dining table seating 4 with upholstered dining chairs. There is also a Bosch coffee making machine and a Breville sandwich toaster. There is a large selection of quality crockery, wine glasses, champagne flutes, and an excellent selection of pots and pans and kitchen utensils.
The living area is open plan with two large comfortable free standing sofas, both with snuggly sofa throws and a large upholstered foot stool. The larger of these sofa's converts into a very comfortable sofa bed. The electric remote controlled log burner effect fire provides a welcome focal point. There is a corner TV unit featuring a Smart TV, DVD player, coffee table. A selection of DVD’s and children's games are also provided for you to enjoy.
Panoramic sliding doors open out on to a large wrap around secure gated decking which enjoys full sun all day, from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy relaxing outdoors on beautiful rattan furniture which includes a large corner sofa with coffee table and a large dining table which seats four with cushioned chairs. There are two further reclining chairs and a large parasol. We provide a quality Charles Bentley gas BBQ to enjoy those warm and sunny evenings cooking outside, and a further bistro set for two guests.
Our holiday home has the benefit of excellent quality WIFI with two input sources, one being the park WIFI, the second being a booster router.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with luxury mattress, with lift up storage and stylish bedside lighting. A large dressing table and contemporary bedside cabinets. There is a feature seat below the large window in this bedroom. Ample wardrobe space is a real feature in this bedroom. There is a wall mounted remote control TV. This bedroom has a beautifully designed en-suite shower room with stylish shelving, vanity mirror and wall mounted heated towel rail.
A further large and beautifully designed twin bedroom offers two 3ft single beds which make into a king size bed. There is a wall reading light, wardrobe, dressing table and a wall mounted remote control TV.
The large master shower room has a thermostatically controlled double shower with internal lighting, a heated towel rail, toilet, basin, and vanity unit. A real feature of this bathroom is a ceiling window which opens and fills the room with sunlight.
There are USB sockets in the lounge and master bedroom.
Our holiday home is of residential spec which means that it benefits from a high level of insulation. In addition, it is of course centrally heated and double glazed throughout. All of the radiators feature their own individual thermostats.
Good quality pillows and duvets are provided and all have protectors. You just need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels.
There is a large lockable storage box with his and hers bikes available for your use to cycle around the stunning cycle paths adjacent to Pinewoods. Buckets, spades and crabbing nets are also available for you and your children to enjoy. There is outside lighting, and a cushioned lift up bench for outdoor wellies. There is also an outdoor tap for ease when dogs , adults and children have enjoyed a fun packed day at the beach!
Parking for two cars is next to the caravan.

Booking dates for short breaks are flexible, minimum three night stays apart from:
July and August 2023 when 7 night holidays begin on a Saturday.

A deposit of £75.00 is required when booking, full payment is required 6 weeks before your holiday. Should the Covid restrictions prevent you from taking your holiday, a full refund will be given of both the deposit and the full amount.
