1. Behavior
All guests are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of others. If in the opinion of any Supplier/Principal, park manager or any other person in authority, your behavior or that of any member of your party is causing or is likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to any other customers or any third party, or damage to property, the Supplier/Principal reserves the right to terminate your booking immediately with no liability to you. You and/or your party will be required to leave the Caravan immediately. No refunds for lost accommodation or any other arrangements will be made and neither we nor the Supplier/Principal will pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination. You and/or your party may also be required to pay for loss and/or damage caused by your actions and the Supplier/Principal will hold you and each member of your party jointly and individually liable for any damage or losses caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or losses must be paid directly to the Supplier/Principal prior to departure, and where necessary will be deducted from your damage deposit. If you fail to make payment or if your damage deposit is inadequate to cover the losses, you will be responsible for meeting any additional costs and expenses.
2. Additional Conditions
Please note that only those persons named on the booking form may reside in the Caravan. In the event a Supplier/Principal discovers extra persons residing at the Caravan, the Supplier/Principal reserves the right to charge you an additional sum or request that the additional persons leave the caravan. Failure to comply may result in your booking being terminated and all persons being required to vacate the caravan without any liability for a refund or compensation. All Caravan Hire is designated as strictly no smoking for safety, comfort and legal reasons unless otherwise stated on the Caravan Listing. The "no smoking" rule includes e-cigarettes. Failure to comply with this rule may mean that the Supplier/Principal terminates your booking without any liability for a refund or compensation.
Some Caravans have a “no pets” rule and some Caravans allow for pets – please check the Caravan Listing. Where the Caravan has a no-pets rule, failure to comply with this may result in the Supplier/Principal asking for the pet being to be removed. Failure to comply may result in your booking being terminated by the Supplier/Principal with no liability for a refund or compensation. You may also be liable to pay additional cleaning charges.
We have 2 adult bikes and 2 teenager bikes for use. Ironing board, iron, TV in main bedroom, 2 fully reclining leather sofas in living room, all bedding provided, air fryer, walk-in wardrobe, full size bath and large separate shower, very peaceful and quiet location, large decking area with table and chairs, extra wide at 40ft x 14ft, very clean, comfortable and homely caravan, sliding door to side and French doors to rear, doors to separate kitchen from living room, rotary dryer, freestanding fan, all pots, pans and cutlery.
Fully enclosed safe decking area with comfortable chairs and table for those sunny days.
Our caravan is situated in a very quiet part of the complex, Sunrise, it has an enclosed fabulous decked veranda so safe for your little ones, patio table and chairs for when the sun shines.
No bath towels are provided.
Wi-Fi can be provided at extra cost.
