A non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking. This secures the booking and is deducted from the total amount owed upon payment completion. If the completed booking sheet and deposit is not received within 48 hours of requesting. the booking, the holiday dates will not be held and you may lose your booking.
Balance must be paid in full within 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book with less than 6 weeks to arrival date the full amount owed must be paid at time of booking.
SECURITY BOND - A security bond of £125 must be paid with the balance which will be refunded within 7 days after your departure date.
ELECTRIC VEHICLES - There are no charging facilities at the holiday home to charge electric vehicles - please DO NOT charge from the holiday home source as this is not included within the cost of your holiday. If you are seen charging your vehcle from the electric source to the holiday home your bond will be retained.
KEYS - Keys are stored in a lockbox near the holiday home entrance. The code will be provided via text on the day before your arrival. The keys are your responsibility. If you lose the keys you will lose your bond. We recommend putting the keys back in the lockbox everytime you go out rather than take them with you. You will need to put them back in the lock box on the day of your departure.
BEDDING/Bath and Hand Towels/Shower mat/Teatowel - all provided and beds will be made up prior to your arrival.
TRAVEL COT - 1x travel cot can be provided within the cost of your holiday (bedding is not provided), however please request this as it may not be in the holiday home at the time of booking and we will need to ensure it is there for your booking.
BED GUARD - Please advise on booking if this is requred.
LEAD GUEST - The lead party member is responsible for the entre party. the accomodation can only be used by those identified and named on the booking form. If persons are found to be staying that are not on the booking form, the entire party will be evicted without notice.
GROUPS - No groups of femal or male parties are allowed on site by Haven. No stag or hen parties. Without compensation, Haven have the right to evict guests of privately owned holiday homes if these rules are not observed. You will also lose your bond.
RESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR - Please treat the holiday home and its fixtures and fittings with due care and respect so other gueats can continue to enjoy what is provided. Please make sure on the day of your departure that you have not left the property in an unreasonable state for the cleaners to have to address before they can make a start on the general cleaning prior to other guests arriving. Should the cleaners request additional time to resolve unreported issues left from your stay then your bond will be witheld. Therefore please report any damage or breakages to us immediately and directly by mobile phone to avoid unecessary delays.
OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL - We reserve the right to cancel the booking withthout compensation where anti-social behaviour or persons on the booking form or their guests impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests on Blue Dolphin Holiday Park.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING - Not in the holiday home or around it which includes the decking areas.
LOSS OR DAMAGE - We accept no liability for any loss or damage to car keys, personal items, or personal injury occuring during your stay.

CHECK OUT - by 10:30am
WIFI, Central Heating, Hot Water and Electricity are all provided within the cost of your holiday if used responsibly. Please DO NOT leave the central heating or lighting on if it is not needed and when you are not in the holiday home.
