YOUR ACCOMMODATION
Our 3 bedroom caravan sleeps 8 people thanks to the pull out sofa bed in the living room, and boasts a shower room with a generously sized shower with WC and also a second, separate WC. There is a key safe on the door to collect your key on arrival and you will be given the code in plenty of time before your due to come for your stay. So that means no queues at reception when you arrive at Craig Tara - just head straight down to the caravan and begin your holiday!

PET FRIENDLY VAN
Small & medium breeds are accepted and we do ask that owners ensure their pets are well behaved and not allowed on the soft furnishings please as we do have to consider all of our guests. Adult dogs are accepted only and must be fully house trained and past the chewing stage - this means no pups under 18 months minimum sorry! £50 cleaning fee as carpets and upholstery will require cleaning due to potential allergies of other guests.

LOCATION
The caravan is situated in Islay Village overlooking the park with stunning views of the sea and of course the famous Heads of Ayr and you can even see over to Arran on a clear day! Islay Village is a Cul-de-Sac in a quieter area of the park and is situated only 3-5 minutes short walk along the flat ground making our van the ideal choice for those with mobility issues - please note there are 3 steps to climb up onto the decking of the van and the shared driveway is on a slight incline, however there is also space to park a second car in front of the caravan on the road itself. We are ideally situated for accessing the swimming pool (Splashaway Bay) and restaurants/entertainment areas of the park (Burger King/Brigs of Ayr/Lighthouse Harbour Adventure Village/Bonga Wonga & Live Lounges*), as well as the selection of onsite shops and the favourite for kids of all ages...the Amusement Arcade which was newly refurbished in 2021!
*Please note: Play Passes must be purchased directly from Haven either prior to arrival (we can give you the form for this after booking) or upon your arrival on park at Haven reception. This is completely out of our hands and something that Haven control.

HOME COMFORTS
Free unlimited Air Fibre Wi-Fi, Xbox One games console, and games, TV’s in all 3 bedrooms to keep the kids happy, selection of DVD’s and board games (kids and adults), outdoor lawn games, sound system in the ceiling which you can connect to your phone (Android & iPhone). We also have a Dulce Gusto coffee machine and our complimentary welcome pack includes a selection of coffee pods to enjoy, along with some tea bags, sugar and we even leave you a bottle of milk in the fridge for the all important cuppa on arrival...Truly a home from home!

FAMILIES
We can provide you with a baby care package on request which includes a travel cot with sheets and blankets/bed guards/high chair/travel steriliser/bottle warmer/Changing mat and child safe unbreakable plastic crockery and cutlery are provided too! beds will be made up on arrival and we also provide you with enough towels for all guests (please note: you must provide your own pool/beach towels). Our full size fridge freezer also makes it easier to arrange to have your shopping delivered to the van on your day of arrival by one of the local Supermarkets, saving you the multiple trips to the shop when you’re here! You really don’t have to bring everything but the kitchen sink to our van - just yourselves! A selection of cleaning materials are also provided for your use during your stay along with iron/ironing board, Hoover cordless vacuum & hairdryer. - Truly a home from home! So in summary, if you're looking for a hassle free caravan break - search no further!
Price DOES NOT INCLUDE passes - these must be purchased by yourself on arrival as required by Haven.

BRAND NEW FOR 2022.... All new grey rattan patio furniture seating 8 people and also a new rattan sun lounger for our guests to work on their suntans! Crisp white cotton 300 thread count sheets on all beds. Hotel quality bedding which includes feather/down pillows on all beds (hollow fibre available on request). White fluffy towels are supplied as part of your booking - 2 towels per guest (1 hand towel & 1 bath towel) Double bed has a brand new Emma memory foam mattress.

T&C’s
£100 Breakages and security deposit required on booking.
This will be returned after your stay, pending a thorough inspection of the van which includes all mattresses, bedding, flooring & upholstery. By booking with us you are agreeing to these terms.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE VAN
Ashtrays are provided on the decking for your use.

PLEASE NOTE: We only offer our van for hire in either slots of 3 or 4 nights either Friday - Monday (3 nights) or Monday - Friday (4 nights) If you wish to hire our caravan for a longer period, e.g. 7/10 or 14 nights this is something we are happy to quote for on an individual basis so please do get in touch!
