Lovely spacious holiday home to hire which is located in a quiet area with in Oceans Edge Parkdean leisure park, only few minutes walk from the main park facilities & beach, facilities included swimming indoor, club house, restaurant on site shop & takeaways.

The home comes with double glazing, central heating and all bed linen included, all beds will be made up for your arrival. Entertainment passes and on site activities can be purchased from reception, passes are not included with the hire.
Caravan is brand new 2021

The lounge is a spacious area with patio doors leading onto the front fracking area which is lovely in summer
Smart TV/ DVD player and selection of DVDS and board games. WIFI also can be included & unlimited for a small fee.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern applicances - built in electric oven, hob and grill, full size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, full set of kitchen utensils.
Also included for your convenience iron & ironing board

The master bedroom is a double bed,
with 2 rooms with twin beds along with double front room pull out out, generally will sleep 8 in comfortably

Bathroom is equipped with a with over head shower, toilet & wash basin.

A separate toilet also which is essential when sharing and with large family’s.

Private rent holiday home - Oceans Edge Parkdean Moneyclose Lane, Heysham LA3 2XA.
Stones throw away form Lancaster and Morecambe excellent for exploring as a base or relaxing on complex near the beach options are endless

So grand children gone back to school and we’re taking a well earned break, caravan was lovely and clean and spacious with wifi and smart tv was a bonus, the weather was good and we sat out on the decking for breakfast, would highly recommend

Absolutely loved our stay here was literally like home from home had absolutely everything we needed in the van even WiFi to keep the teen entertained and the smart TV was definitely a bonus, owner was brilliant right from the start will definitely be returning and highly recommended.

Lovely spacious caravan. The fact it has two toilets is a bonus when you have your sister, your son and two nephews staying with you. Comfort inside the caravan and outside on the decking with quality furniture. Plenty space for parking two cars. Bedrooms all made up with linen and spacious room for clothes etc. Very impressed Communication on point

Just returned from a fantastic Easter weekend away at this caravan. Great caravan in a great location, very clean and well looked after. Space for a car at the side of the caravan. Lovely decking area with a patio set which was lovely to extend the space of the already spacious caravan. Owners were great, very quick to reply to emails and answered any questions we had. All in all, a fantastic caravan, owned by fantastic people. Would highly recommend.

Me and my family have just got back from this gorgeous caravan. It was everything and more that we expected. The van is very clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our break. It's situated in a nice quiet place on the park with just a 5 min walk to all of the amenities. We will definitely be booking again.
