Stayed in this beautiful caravan with my teenage daughter and her friends for a lovely weekend. Caravan is very well looked after and a lovely homely feel. First time staying on this site in Towyn and very nice, clean and lots to do. John has been very helpful and also send a video of the caravan before our stay explaining everything. A lovely weekend in a lovely caravan would definitely recommend x

We have just enjoyed a fantastic stay at this beautiful caravan. Not only was it spotless but everything you could ever ask for is provided to make your holiday so relaxing and stress free. It really is a home from home. The large fridge and freezer enabled us to stock up on plenty of food and drink. We sat out most nights on the lovely wrap around veranda to play board games accompanied by a cheeky wine or two. The location on site is perfect within walking distance of the clubhouse but peaceful enough if you just want to chill out. My hubby and teenage son shared with my parents and we all loved staying here. Communication and transactions were spot on. I will be recommending this caravan to both friends and family. 5 stars. me my husband and little boy stayed it was one of the nicest caravans I have stayed in soon has we arrived and opened the door the smell was amazing and so clean it was beautiful I would definitely stay again.. the site was so clean and safe for children to play.. the caravan inside was like being at home so spacious 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay and would book again. The caravan was immaculate and very well looked after. It was well equiped. We received a welcome video before we arrived showing us around the caravan and the owner was easily contactable.

Amazing caravan stay! The whole van was spotless, very good value for money. Lots of useful amenities to use, great location on the site and only a short walk to the club house/ swimming pool etc. The site is close to a local bus route, so it was easy to go and explore. It was really easy to find the caravan and the owner sent over a video and a map for us to follow before we arrived, this was very useful. Perfect family stay!

We had such a lovely week away in this very clean and modern caravan. We are a family of 4 (toddler and baby) and the decking area made the caravan very secure for my 3 year old with the locked gate. The rooms are spacious and the caravan is fully equipped with everything you need! Can't wait to go back, thank you! ????

Beautiful caravan in a perfect location. We loved the wrap around decking as we have a little one so she could go out and play safely with the doors open. Caravan was clean and had everything we needed & more. Communication with John was Great and we would deffo want to come back again in the future :-)

We have been coming to this caravan site for 20 years and have stayed in some great caravans from great owners with our kids from babies to adults and we decided to book this caravan for our youngest girls 12th birthday and the caravan was absolutely fantastic with excellent facilities and spotless throughout also in a great location, The communication with John the owner from start to finish was of the highest quality in assuring we had a first class break, we will and look forward to having a break again in this fantastic caravan *****

Lovely caravan in a great location, wrap around varanda was a must for my 2 year old daughter who could play outside knowing she couldn’t wander off. Great communication from John, provided us with all the necessary info, would book again ??????????

Absolutely stunning caravan, immaculate and stocked with essentials. Lovely owners who were really accommodating. Fabulous communication before and during our stay. We really felt like guests and not like intruders as the van was very neutral (in decor and storage), unlike some caravan homes where owners personal items can be found in every nook and cranny. My little girl had an amazing time and the caravan was a quiet location bit close to facilities. Thank you again for being so accommodating. I would highly recommend.

Lovely caravan in a prime location on a fantastic site with loads of facilities. Communication with John was excellent. The caravan was spotless and fully equipped. I wouldn’t hesitate to go again!

Only thing wrong is you can only give 5 out of 5 start to finish the communication the process everything was made easy for us when we arrived I was shocked to see I was actually in a caravan it was like a 5* hotel very modern clean after the first night we actually were looking when we could stay again FANTASTIC 110% be going back!!! Thank you for the experience
