The caravan is sited on a lakeside pitch with stunning sea views and direct beach access.
3 bedrooms, veranda with wraparound decking and lockable gate,
double glazing and central heating.
Two large free standing sofas in the lounge and a electric fire in full working order. Patio doors to beautiful lake and sea views.

Fully equipped large kitchen/diner with Integrated appliances including washing machine, dishwasher - gas oven with separate grill -gas 5 burner hob and microwave. Here is our ABI Ambleside, sited on the breath-taking sea birds development at Primrose valley holiday park.

We had such a lovely stay at the caravan, I wanted to revisit Primrose Valley with my little boy as I went for holidays when I was young, and this holiday did not disappoint. Lovely and clean, such a beautiful caravan, but the best part is the location. The view is amazing, overlooking the lake and with a sea view too. My son absolutely loved seeing the ducks every day. Diane was great, so friendly and helpful, we will definitely be booking again with her in the future.

We couldn’t of wished for a better caravan. Everything you need for a family stay is provided, it was very clean on arrival and the view was stunning, the ducks were an added bonus. Customer service was 5*, Diane was always on the end of the phone should we of needed anything. Thank you so much for making our stay an enjoyable one.

LOVELY CARAVAN . CLEAN, WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN ALL MOD CONS . DIANE ALWAYS CONTACTABLE AND SORTED OUT PASSES ECT. SHE ALSO BROUGHT US RECLING CHAIR FOR MY ELDERLY MUM BECAUSE THE SOFA WAS TOO LOW FOR HER. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH BOTHER AT ALL .AVERT FOR CARAVAN ACCURATE TO DESCRIPTION . WOULD RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

We have just arrived back from our weekend in Primrose Valley and had an amazing weekend. When we arrived we where very pleasantly surprised on how breathtaking the view was overlooking the pond and sea view. We got into the caravan which was immaculate, very well presented and clean with everything you could of wanted also the beds were really comfy so had a good nights sleep. The caravan was situated close to the beach access which we used every day, we had a lovely walk into Filey along the beach. Diane was amazing and told us all the good eating places to visit and things we could do, nothing was to much trouble, thanks again for making our weekend extra special.
