A huge outdoor decking areas as per pictures. Outdoor rattan furniture with fire pit and large parasol. Two bedrooms, master bedroom has king size bed, ensuite wc and wardrobe. Second bedroom has twin beds and ample storage, large settee in front room turns into double bed. All bed linen, Towels gas, electricity and water all included in hire cost

Description

Our 2021 luxury holiday home is situated on the Private Owners section at Beverley Park in Paignton. The site has lots of facilities for the whole family to enjoy, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, sauna, gym etc. There is an on site restaurant in the new refurbished Jetty Lounge Bar & Terrace. There is a soft play area, a café, a shop for all your essentials and a launderette on site. There is daily and nightly entertainment again for all the family for which you will receive free passes.

The caravan itself is a Willerby Manor and sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed, is en suite, has a wardrobe and a 32" wall mounted flatscreen TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds with ample storage space. There is a large family bathroom with a large walk in shower. the Kitchen / dining area has all the mod cons with built in microwave, gas hob and oven. There is a table and four chairs also in the dining area. The front room has large settee that turns into a double pull out bed, there is a large 40" flatscreen UHD TV that is connected to the internet, with access to our Netflix, Prime video, brit box BBCi player etc.
All bed linen & towels are provided free of charge . WI-FI is available free of charge.

There are double french patio doors that open onto a huge 16'x 10' decking to the front of the caravan and another huge decking area to the rear which is 9' x 9'.
There is an outdoor lounge table and seating with a fire pit table and large parasol , 6 seater table and chairs for alfresco dining, Out door full size professional BBQ/SMOKER. All for your use during your stay..

Fantastic caravan , lovely site I would highly recommend. Very clean and caravan equipped with everything you need . Very stylish decor owner has lovely taste . The site is very quite but caters for all ages we had our 9 month old grandson with us and there was lots for him to do . We ate at the restaurant on site and food was great , overall a fantastic few days away in a beautiful caravan .

We have a fantastic time and would highly recommend this caravan and holiday park for a quiet getaway or a family fun break the caravan site has everything you need with on site entertainment plus fun stuff to do for the kids On site shop for the little thing you may need without going of site plus on site indoor and outdoor heated pools plus lots more to do Our caravan was spotless with that luxurious feel to i would recommend to anyone Your are also in the middle of places to go local beach and town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants to visit We would highly recommend to via Brixham /Dartmouth/ Torquay with some to mention we did the steam railway and river boat cruise which was great for a day out If you are looking for a really nice caravan then do not hesitate to book this van

A beautifully furnished caravan, with lovely extra touches. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and appliances. We loved the caravan and decking and hope to be back another time.

Just had a great stay in Sue's caravan which is very modern and spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you need for your stay situated in a quiet corner of the holiday park. Loved the decking and outdoor seating area which gets the sun alot of the time. The holiday park is also very good with lots of facilities. Had great communication with sue and will definitely be using again.
