The caravan is based in a quiet part of Sandhills, approx 7 minute walk to main resort of Butlins.
Our caravan has 3 bedrooms and a pull out bed in the lounge, gas fire in the lounge and all bedrooms have electric heaters, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, it also has a separate sink and toilet. A fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.
In the lounge there is a large seating area and a dining room table, television, DVD player. DVD's and games to enjoy.
On the patio area outside is a picnic bench.
To book we require a £50 deposit this is non refundable. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your break.
All prices shown are based on 4 sharing (2 adults, 2 children) and full passes will be included. Extra passes can be added at an extra charge.
Adult weekends are based on 4 adults and passes are included. Extra passes can be added at an extra charge. For adult weekends we ask for a returnable £100 security bond.
We supply bed linen and make beds up for your arrival, we also leave complimentary refreshments for your arrival and WiFi is also included for your stay.
We can also supply a travel cot, high chair, bouncy chair and bed guard at no extra cost if needed.
There is also a launderette on site.
