Our families have been visiting Wales for two generations and we keep coming back for more. We are into our third year of renting our caravans and look forward to sharing the beauty of Wales with you. We are verified owners with high quality caravans. Our as new caravan is a spacious 2-bed caravan offering a modern comfortable home away from home with everything you might need.
Accommodation includes a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite with large shower. There is a second bathroom also with a large shower.
The kitchen boasts a full height fridge, freezer, washing machine and dish washer along with all you might need for your stay.
The living area includes a modern electric fire and a 40” TV with Blu-ray player which can connect to receive Netflix, Amazon Prime and other digital streaming channels.

KITCHEN
:: The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a four ring gas stove and twin oven with grill and all kitchen essentials for your stay away from home
:: To make your holiday more convenient there is a built in microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and full height fridge/freezer

BEDROOMS
:: The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a walk-in wardrobe, several drawers and a dressing table. Hair drier. Two USB charging points next to the bed. The en-suite has a large shower with toilet and sink
:: Bedroom two has a single wardrobe and twin beds. The family bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink
:: Linen service now offered which means sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers all taken care of. Beds will be made up for your arrival. We charge a minimal fee of £25 to cover this if selected

LIVING AREA
:: Electric coal flame effect fire with a remote control and auto timer off function
:: The flat screen Smart TV has Freeview provided (streaming of Prime, Netflix, iPlayer, ITV-X etc. possible with wi-fi data connection)
:: Two USB charging points
:: There are french doors to the front leading onto the decking and outdoor patio furniture, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun

:: There is a parking space alongside the caravan

:: The caravan is in a quiet & sheltered location. The beach is a short five minute walk
:: The on site heated swimming pool, entertainment and restaurant are close enough to walk to within a minute, whilst being far enough away to be out of site and out of mind
:: There is an on park wireless service which you can sign up and pay for during your stay

:: £100 Deposit required with booking. Full payment with refundable security bond required 6 weeks prior to arrival date or with booking if booked within 6 weeks of arrival date.

Stayed on Brynowen many times, and this caravan just had such a lovely feel about it. It has plenty of space and really good storage. Ruth has responded very quickly anytime I had a question. The location is perfect and we loved it that much we booked to go back as soon as we got home! Looking forward to more time in this lovely caravan.

Just come back from a great break away. We usually book direct though parkdean but on this occasion I decided to take a gamble on a privately owned. This one can up on a Facebook group and it looked amazing. This caravan is beautiful. It's extremely well looked after it has everything you could want. Comfy beds, lots of space, all mod cons and a great decking space. Having a parking space right next to the caravan was great and the location on the park is excellent. Nice views without a hike up the hill. I would definitely recommend and book again.

We should ask you to write our adverts lol. Your response is exactly what we hope for every time someone stays with us. Wonderful to hear you had such a good time on your holiday. Thank you for your recommendation.

Absolutely fantastic stay in this beautiful caravan. Seemed brand new it was so spotless and so well looked after. Very spacious and modern. Position on the park was great near everything you need. We have stayed on this park many times over the year and this is without a doubt the best experience we’ve had. Ruth and Simon were so professional and friendly to book through and good communication. Will definitely be booking again for our family in the future!

We have just returned from 3 nights and honestly couldn’t of enjoyed it more. We haven’t had a caravan holiday before but we all loved it (2 adults, a 3 year old and a 2 year old). It was an accurate reflection of the pictures… spotless, modern, luxury , well maintained and very spacious. The 2 bathrooms were a bonus. It really was a home from home and the communication with the owners was great. The site itself was really quiet too which helped… especially of a nighttime. We didn’t purchase the entertainment passes but did utilize the park and soft play too for the little ones, to shelter from the sun. The beach is only a 5 min walk and there is a local shop there, as well as on site. Lovely Ice cream shop in the cafe and also a pub and fish and chips shop within walking distance too. We will definitely be booking to return- our little ones especially enjoyed their break in the holiday house as they called it!

Never stayed at this site before and we were very pleased with the services provided. The caravan we stayed in was a dream, it was spotlessly clean with all the facilities we could ever need. We had a great few days at Brynowen with our two year old daughter. The caravan was absolutely spotless and made up for our arrival. It felt like a home away from home, lovely and comfortable. The caravan park had plenty to do, we loved the swimming pool and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

We had an excellent time staying at Brynowen. The caravan was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. It had everything we needed, including a washing machine which was very handy after days on the beach. Communication with the owners was great. The caravan park had lots for the children to do. We really hope to be able to visit again soon.

I contacted several caravan owners for quotes and this was the best! The caravan is brand new, it's clean, it's modern, it has decking and it is fully equipped! The owners even left us a drink, chocolates and a card as they knew we were away for our birthdays, so thoughtful. The owners had great communication throught the booking, a pleasure to deal with, thank you! We went out of season so the site facilities were closed, but we had a wonderful time. There are fantastic friendly pubs and shops within walking distance and amazing sunsets every evening over the sea, absolutely beautiful. We will be back!
