Welcome to our beautiful privately owned holiday home in Pinewoods Holiday Park, located on a large premier plus area of the park we back onto woodland and are in a cul-de-sac which is very peaceful. There is a large secure gated wrap around deck giving you full sun all day , this really is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday on the outstanding North Norfolk Coast. you are within a 10 minute walk of the beach through the stunning pinewoods drift and 20 minute walk (3/4 mile) into the town of Wells-next-the-sea. The park is a haven for a wide range of guests from families and couples looking for a beach holiday to those looking to explore the coastline, enjoy a break with their canine companion, walkers and birdwatchers This is the ideal base.
The caravan itself sleeps 6 with accommodation comprising of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a full sized bath and over shower, wardrobes, storage and TV. The second bedroom has 2 singled beds with a wardrobe and storage. the living room has a sofa bed and there is a main bathroom with a walk in shower.
The living area is generous and comprises of a sofa and 2 chairs. there is an electric fireplace which provides some lovely warmth in cooler days when the full central heating is not required. We have installed a large flatscreen TV which is connected to freesat , we have provided a ROKU TV stick as this connects to our 4G router to ensure that you have the fastest WIFI possible which supports streaming on Netflix, amazon prime and all other platforms. The router will support multiple devices throughout the property and is independent of the pinewoods service. The front of the living room opens out onto the deck via patio doors.
The kitchen and dining area is an ideal social space with a large kitchen space with a 5 ring gas top and eye level gas cooker/grill. There is a microwave and multiple small appliances to ensure if you want to cook some of the fabulous local produce you have everything you need. Our kitchen if fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils and there is a Krups nespresso machine with milk frother for you to enjoy your favourite coffee (pods not included). The folding dining table will comfortably seat 4-6 and looks out onto the deck through patio doors.
There is a large deck to the front and side of the property with a range of furniture for you to relax and enjoy your stay. The deck is secure for dogs and as we are dog friendly we are happy for you to bring 2 well behaved dogs with you at no extra charge however during their stay they are not allowed on the sofa/chairs or in the bedrooms, dog beds are not provided. There is plentiful storage outside for anything you wish to bring as we have a shed and large storage box.
