Here we have a home from home gold standard 2 bedroom sleeps 6 caravan, situated on Lyons Robin Hood on Rhyl Coastal Road. This caravan really does have everything you would need for your holiday. This is a fully central heated and double glazed caravan making even those colder times feel nice and cosy.
WIFI is available at OLIVIA'S RETREAT which is included in the cost and details will be provided during handover.
Main Living Room: In the living room is a brand new L shaped sofa with a pull out bed including a luxury mattress topper for that extra comfort. There is a cabinet with an array of DVD's, books and family games and crafts for those rain days, there is a 50" Television which has access to Amazon Prime TV and NETFLIX and a fire stick, and an alexa, allowing for those cosy evenings in front of the telly.
Kitchen: In the kitchen are built in appliances allowing the kitchen to have more space, there is a washing machine for use during your stay, there is a full family sized fridge freezer which is also built in. In the kitchen area is a shoe rack to store shoes and slippers as shoes are not allowed on the carpeted areas and a storage closet for coats and jackets. Dining Area with a standard sized table that seats 4 people. Other amenities include; Utensils, Pots, Pans, Cups & Glasses, Plates, Bowls, Cutlery, tassimo coffee machine, and Hob & Grill / Oven and Microwave. We will also provide a welcome basket which will include basic essentials for your stay (Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Milk, Bread and Butter).
We also offer a service where we can supply you the ingredients for that you will need to cook a full english breakfast on the first morning as we know what it is like when you get on holiday and have to go out shopping. We will need notice for this and there is a fee per person for this. PLEASE GIVE PLENTY OF NOTICE IF YOU REQUIRE THESE ITEMS TO PREPARE A COOKED ENGLISH BREAKFAST YOURSELF. THESE WILL BE IN THE FRIDGE ON YOUR ARRIVAL.
Twin Bedroom; This room contain two single beds, overhead cupboard storage space, a wardrobe and low level cabinet and mirror. There is also a 32" TV and XBOX ONE plus array of games which will be found in the cupboard underneath.
Main Bedroom: This room contains a brand King-size bed which does dominate the large room but its a bit of luxury for ourselves with luxury mattress topper, ample wardrobe space, Overhead storage and dressing table for all your storage needs. There is also a 32" TV that again has access to Amazon Prime TV and NETFLIX. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and bath with a shower situated above. Hair dryer and hair straighteners also provided.
Brand new gated secure veranda/decking area with double seating area and 2 single chairs and table. plus 2 reclining sun loungers.
The caravan is situated close to the entrance by the family club, arcade, soft play area, reception, shop, eating places and couple of minutes walk to the swimming pool.
This caravan has CCTV covering outside of the caravan so you can be assured that you will be safe during your stay.
All beds will be made up for you on arrival and you will be met by myself on arrival so I can answer any questions you may have and again you will be met on departure by myself.
We provide a free welcome pack as standard, coffee ,tea, sugar,milk etc
You can park right next to the caravan on a paved area.
The property is dog-friendly so the whole family can join you on holiday. ***ONLY 1 WELL BEHAVED DOG ALLOWED DUE TO SITE RULES*** DOG ARE NOT ALLOWED IN BEDROOM AREAS OR ON SOFT FURNISHINGS AND MUST BE LOCKED IN KITCHEN IN A CAGE IF GUESTS GO OUT.
Also fitted with carbon dioxide monitors, Fire alarm , fire extinguishers and fire blanket.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE CARAVAN. IF THIS RULE IS BROKEN SOME OF YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED AS WE WILL HAVE TO GET RID OF THE SMELL OF SMOKE FROM THE CARAVAN
THERE IS A BOND OF £100 TO PAY ON BOOKING. (Which will be refunded after your departure, so long as the caravan passes inspection no breakages and left fully clean and tidy)
All payments made to secure/reserve our holiday home are non-refundable. ****REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IF SITE IS CLOSED DUE TO COVID - 19
The full balance is payable 4 weeks before your stay.

Access to the caravan from 16.00pm on day of arrival. You will be met onsite to go through check in procedure & pass keys over. Please vacate by 10:00am on day of departure to allow for cleaning and change over.
