This modern 3 bedroom caravan is furnished high standard, with home from home comfort and cleanliness. We welcome non smokers and those appreciating a high level of comfort to keep it at its best for those staying after them. Maximum occupancy is 6. I use a professional cleaning company between stays for your peace of mind and to ensure the caravan is covid safe.

The caravan is situated in the lovely cul-de-sac of Rose Court, which is a short walk away from the many amenities of Havens complex. There is also a short cut to beach within minutes!

The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It has a King-size bed with headboard, walk in wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables, en-suite toilet and wall mounted SMART TV.

The second bedroom has 2 singles, headboards, bedside table, wardrobe and plenty of room.

The third bedroom has 2 singles, headboards, bedside table, small wardrobe with plenty of room.

All duvets & pillows are provided (x4 single, x1 double, x6 pillows). Please bring bedding for the travel cot.
The living room has two freestanding sofas, wall mounted SMART TV, electric fire and patio doors leading to the decking area.

The kitchen is fitted to the highest standard with built in cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, all equipment for food preparation/dining and dining table and chairs. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.

There is WiFi an Iron, Ironing board, vacuum cleaner, travel cot and highchair all for your convenience!

There is a key safe and I will forward the location and the code prior to your arrival.

The extra large decking and patio area allows for two separate areas for relaxing and outdoor dining. There is a dining table and chairs for your comfort!

Black Rock Sands is a well known Blue Flag Beach that your able to walk to and drive your vehicle onto with Rock Caves, Horse Riding, Jet Skiing, coastal walks as well as many other activities.

Snowdonia National Park is just around the corner, and in the beautiful town of Porthmadog you will find the Harbour, Ffestiniog steam railway, lots of restaurants, shops and activities to entertain you! Neighbouring towns have lots to offer, why not visit one of the many castles and beaches during your stay!
