PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYMENT IS DEEMED AS ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERM’S & CONDITIONS.
PAYMENTS
1: The outstanding balance must be received 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. In the event of the start date being less than 4 weeks, payment in full is required + damage bond.
2: We require a £50 deposit/damage bond to be paid on booking. This will be refunded by direct bank transfer and returned within 10 days of your departure If the caravan is left in a clean/tidy condition and free of any damage or theft. The caravan will be checked after departure and any items missing or any damage to the caravan or its contents must be paid for and liability for extra costs if the damage exceeds £50.The Hirer must inform the owners of any faults or problems as soon as possible.
Cancellation
1: If you cancel before 4 weeks prior to your holiday break the following reductions will apply.
A] Loss of deposit/damage bond.
B] If you cancel between 2-3 weeks prior to arrival date - 25% of hire charge.
C] If you cancel between 1-2 weeks prior to arrival date - 50% of hire charge.
D] If you cancel less than 1 week prior to arrival date - 75% of hire charge.
2: The owners reserve the right to cancel occupancy without notice.
In such an event the hirer shall be notified as soon as is practical with the Owners Liability limited to the value of any payment received from the hirer.
CONDITIONS
1] The caravan is a 6 berth and this should not at anytime be exceeded. No
money will be refunded in this circumstance if found exceeded as this invalidates the insurance. The bed in the living room is only suitable as an occasional fold out bed and not for long stays.
2] It is the policy of the park that the caravan cannot be let to: A] Parties whose members are All under 21 years of age.
B] Parties whose members are All young Males or All young Females.
3] A small well behaved dog is allowed at the owners discretion. Please be mindful of your dog being left in the caravan in hot weather and also barking when left alone. Any soiling/damage due to the dog will result in NO money being refunded. All dogs must be on a lead on the park premises.
4[ NO Smoking is allowed inside the Caravan or on the Veranda. Please go outside of the veranda gate. There is a butt tub for any butts.
5] Please keep the area surrounding the caravan clean and tidy. Avoid leaving rubbish outside the caravan as the seagulls/foxes love to explore and spread the mess. Allocated bins can be found at the end of the road onto Nab Tower Lane. The nearest is turning left.
6] The Park Management or Caravan Owners have the right to terminate any holiday if the general behaviour or noise level of any party is unacceptable or complaints have been received. No money will be refunded in this circumstance.
7] No transit or sign written vehicles are permitted on the site .
8] The Owner or the representative shall be allowed access to the Caravan at any reasonable time with the hirers knowledge during the occupancy for any reasonable explanation.
9] The site Management and Caravan Owners will NOT be held responsible for any injury, death, loss of property or damage suffered by the hirer or member of their party.
10] No barbecues are permitted on the veranda. {single use portable ones are banned from the site}
11] Please vacate the caravan by 10am on the day of departure unless a prior arrangement for a later departure time has been arranged with the Owner.
12] Please leave the Caravan in the same clean condition as you found it. If not this may result in loss of deposit/damage bond.
13] No food to be taken into the bedrooms
