There is a South facing wrap around decking area to the front and side of the caravan with Outdoor rattan patio furniture, giving you superb sea views across Torbay. The pictures of the bay are taken from the decking area. Where you can sit and watch the bay with the steam train going past.

It is only a a 2 min walk from the Caravan to the main road where there is a bus service which runs every approximately ever 10 - 12 minutes,
A 12 min costal walk or 4 min Drive is Goodrington. Quaywest waterpark, a park with crazy golf, boat rides, and café, and Goodrington Sands beach. Which has watersports, café, amusements and a Brewers fayre. Opposite the beach is a Local Authority Leisure Centre with Fitness Classes, Gym and a Large Indoor Swimming Pool
A 16 min Costal walk or 5 min drive the opposite way is broadsands beach, pitch and putt, watersports and cafes.
Paignton is approximately 10 minutes drive away. It has a beautiful little harbour, Pier, long Promenade and multiplex Cinema. There are many restaurants and shops. (Chinese, Indian, Italian, J D Wetherspoon, Fast Food , Fish and Chips to mention just a few).
The world famous Paignton Zoo is a short bus ride from the Leisure Centre Area.
There are shops, a supermarket,, takeaways, hairdressers etc. about a hundred yards from the Holiday Park, towards Paignton. Opposite the shops is the Waterside pub serving Steaks, Kids, meals etc. Live Sport is also Shown
The Paignton - Kingswear Steam Train passes over the Holiday Park Bridge several times a day. The South West coastal path runs alongside the railway track by which you can reach 3 of the local beaches on foot to the left and right of the holiday park
