The caravan is perfectly located in a very quiet spot but with easy access to the main complex and restaurants as well as the beach. The Seabirds beach path is metres away and offers easy access to the outstanding stretch of Filey coastline.

The caravan itself is homely and contemporary offering 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Lounge - open plan living space with free standing sofas and furniture. The large sofa pulls out into a double bed. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player with a selections of DVDs and games for your entertainment. From the lounge the patio doors open onto the secured wrap around decking. The van boasts an array of sea and pond views - this is a truly stunning space on which garden furniture is provided for you to relax and appreciate the spacious surroundings.
Kitchen - fully equipped with gas cooker, integrated fridge freezer, slow cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and a range of equipment to accommodate all your dining needs. This area also houses an uncompromised dining table and chairs.
Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom - Double bed with under bed storage, wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite toilet and basin. The master bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV and a hair dryer.
Bedroom 2 - Twin beds with wardrobe and a TV / DVD player.
Bedroom 3 - Twin beds with wardrobe.
Family Bathroom - featuring a large basin, toilet and generously sized shower.

Filey is just 3 miles away by road and approximately 20 minutes stroll along the beach, which is accessible from the caravan park. Filey has a Tesco superstore and others , golf course, amusements and a whole lot more.
Scarborough is not that much further down the road, where you will find a lovely shopping centre, beautiful beaches, Sea Life Centre, fair, parks, amusements, restaurants and pubs and clubs.
They are regular buses which pick up from the caravan park to take you Scarborough and Bridlington. Flamingo Land and Zoo is also a bus ride away and approximately 30 miles, which buses visit daily.
Other nearby attractions include Whitby, Flamborough, Malton, Bempton Cliffs, Driffield, Hull, Beverley and York.

Please note there is a £100 refundable damage deposit required to secure your chosen dates. Outstanding balance to paid 6 weeks prior to arrival ( or immediately if start date is less than 6 weeks from booking date ). Deposit is refunded within 7 days of the holiday end date on confirmation of no damage occurred.
