Beds are made up for you on arrival. 42” flat screen TV and a smaller TV in each of the 3 bedrooms.

Sliding doors lead onto decking/veranda with outdoor furniture.

Description

We have a brand new 3 bedroomed 6 berth Atlas Mirage 2021 holiday home to rent at Primrose Valley Holiday Park, Filey.

There are sliding doors to the front of the holiday home so you can really enjoy the sunshine and the stunning views.

The holiday home has decking accessible from sliding doors onto the enclosed veranda with outdoor furniture making it a secure area for little ones to play.

Please note no BBQ's or smoking allowed on the decking.

The caravan is fully equipped for all your needs, the beds are all made up for your arrival.

The caravan is centrally heated throughout with double glazing and is finished to a high standard.

The main lounge has a 42” TV.

Master bedroom has a hairdryer, dressing table, double wardrobe and TV.

Two additional bedrooms with two single beds, wardrobes and TV's in each.

A travel cot (please note travel cot can be used in the living room)
*Please note we do not supply bedding for the travel cot*

The caravan has one large shower room with toilet and hand basin and an additional toilet/hand basin located next to the master bedroom.

We also supply a high chair (not to be used on the carpeted area), bed guard and travel cot (bring your own bedding). We also have children's plastic plates, cups, bowls and cutlery. So we are very child friendly.

Outside of the caravan there is space for one car.

All electric, gas and water costs are included. We do not supply park passes however they can be bought from the main reception upon arrival.

Primrose Valley is a fantastic site with loads of entertainment to keep everybody happy.

The site is a short distance from Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough.

We are located on Rose Bank a quiet location and only a short walk from access to the beach.

Great accommodation, have a 1 year old and didn't need to worry about taking extra equipment for him as all provided. In a quiet location but not far from all the facilities
