A 2020 ABI Premier Ambleside luxury, 14 foot extra wide caravan with central heating, double glazing and an electric fire. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 x double, 2 x twin (one of which has 2 x 3ft beds). One main bathroom and an ensuite to the master bedroom. 2 x full size 3 seat sofas, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, full oven and hob, dining table and 6 chairs. Televisions with freeview in lounge, master and second bedroom. Outside patio area and sliding patio doors leading to decking at the front with a bistro set.
Maximum number allowed is six people, including children. Discount given for couples only - please contact owner.
The park is completely flat with access a short walk away to a Nature Reserve and Pagham beach. A 9 hole golf course is situated at the back of the park. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, restaurant, club house, outdoor activities and much more. (Entertainment passes will need to be purchased direct from Haven for access to some facilities, subject to availability.)
Nearby are several good pubs and the towns of Chichester and Bognor are close by. Goodwood Motor Racing Circuit is about 8 miles away and Gun Wharf Quays at Portsmouth is approximately a 30 minute drive.
Duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.
NO smoking is allowed and sorry NO pets. NO electric car charging can be done from the caravan.
Any hire is on a stay only basis - equivalent to the STAY ONLY option offered by Haven.
A damage waiver of £100 will be charged on all bookings. This will be returned after your stay providing no damage has been made to the caravan.
