Welcome to Mulberry Lodge our beautiful new holiday home at Reighton Sands holiday park brand new for 2022, Located on Oakwood 54
With wrap round decking and own parking bay.

Beautiful Spacious holiday home with 3 bedrooms 1 double and 2 twin rooms which sleeps 6 guests
Main bedroom has a 2nd toilet and wash basin
The caravan has central heating throughout
Also has an electric fire in the lounge
French doors which lead you on to the decking area with seating

Our holiday home has a beautiful and spacious open plan living area
With a 42 inch smart tv and DVD player
The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials and includes dishwasher
Mulberry lodge also has free WIFI and Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling

Main bathroom has shower, wash basin and toilet

Fresh bedding will be provided and all beds will be made up on arrival

PLEASE NOTE: Our holiday home is a non smoking and ask you to respect this please, any evidence of smoking,cigarette or ecig/vaping damage will result in the loss of your security bond
we also don't accept pets or stay/hen do parties
No disposable BBQs on the veranda

Arrival & Check out times
Arrival is 4pm
Check out is 10am
Key will be kept in key safe and you will be sent a code for the key safe on the day of arrival and if you can put them back in on your departure
you will also be greeted with a welcome pack on arrival

Important Information
please note that the entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of the holiday home.
These can be bought from reception upon arrival you wish to use the park facilities.
passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.

To secure your booking, we require a £50 non refundable deposit which needs to be paid within 48 hours of booking to secure your holiday.
This is also a security bond against any damages,
this will be returned to you within 7 days of leaving the caravan. providing the caravan is left as its found.
The balance of the holiday is to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday date a reminder will be sent out to you

3/4 nights stays are available to book can also book for 7 nights at a discounted rate

We also provide special occasions packages please ask us for more information and prices
Birthday, anniversary or just a special little extra for someone
We can provide flowers, bottle of Prosecco, banner etc
