Description

Welcome to our family owned 3 bedroom holiday home, located at the Haven Holiday Village in Burnham on Sea. Our holiday home is situated it a quiet close, just a short walk away from the main facilities. Outside the caravan there are ample car parking spaces available.

The caravan has a fully fitted modern kitchen with microwave, 4 hob gas cooker, fridge freezer, it also benefits from a toaster, kettle and slow cooker all aimed at making cooking easier for you during your stay.

The large lounge and dining area has a 32inch television, with a built in DVD player and free view with a wide selection of DVDs to choose from. There is a modern electric feature fire should you get a little chilly on an evening. There is also free Wifi available.

The master bedroom compromises of a double bed with fitted wardrobes, side tables and mirror (hairdryer available in master bedroom).

All of the 3 bedrooms have quilts and plenty of pillows provided with mattresses covered with protectors (please do not remove these). For your stay guests will need to bring their own bed linen ie fitted sheet, pillowcases and quilt covers (x1 double bed, x4 single beds within caravan) and towels. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area to make it up to an 8 berth.

The master bathroom has shower, basin, toilet, storage shelves and towel warmer whilst there is also a second toilet which has a toilet and basin.

Local Attractions:
Our holiday home is situated just a short walk away from the promenade which leads you to the beach and lovely town centre of Burnham on Sea, here you will find plenty of pubs, cafes, restaurants, arcades and shops to choose from. There are several well known supermarkets just a short drive away to pick up your essentials whilst the Highbridge train station is approx 7minutes / 2 miles away. A short drive away is Weston-Super-Mare, Brean leisure park, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Clarke's shopping village and many more attractions.

I have booked caravans all over the country over a number of years and can say that this caravan is probably the best we have booked. Everything we needed was available for us, Communicating with Alex the owner was second to none. Will definitely be booking again by the end of the summer and recommend to family and friends. Mike

Lovely caravan spotless & very well equipped with everything you need & the extras like DVDs & toys for children also Wi-Fi caravan is very well situated close to amenities the site itself has plenty to offer for all ages . If you like to explore the town & beach are also within walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here owners are very helpful & will definitely be booking again .

We enjoyed our time here and very well located for places like wookie Hole, cheddar gorge and a train ride away from Britil and Cornwall. GreT ammenries on the sire and local to the caravan. Great running and cycling area

Lovely, clean and well equipped caravan. In a fabulous position, close to amenities but not so close you’re kept awake by night entertainment. Our group had younger and older children and the caravan and site catered for both age groups brilliantly. Caravan equipped with rainy day entertainment for children although we didn’t need use as the weather was great Highly recommend. .

Perfect caravan stay; it’s ideally located, not far from all the main facilities, ample parking and so clean and tidy. Having a young child she loves going to Haven and this holiday did not disappoint, the caravan has a lovely layout and is geared up for families in every way, even having the added bonus of wifi, anyone with kids will surely appreciate that! Kitchen facilities are fab, the lounge area is comfortable with many dvd’s to choose from for the family and having 2 toilets is also a benefit for larger families. The site itself is great, and so is the local area, we have been many many times to this site and will definitely be staying in this caravan again, it’s value for money and feels like a home from home :)

Owner's booking terms

To secure your booking we require a £50 (non refundable) deposit to be paid. Deposits are none refundable with the exception of cancellation due to Covid-19 lockdown or site closure due to Covid-19. Bookings taken within 8 weeks will need to be paid in full.

A £100 security bond will be required and payable with the final balance 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Should the balance not be paid we reserve the right to cancel your booking. The holiday home owners reserve the right to withhold some or the entire security bond to cover any additional costs of: A) Replacing and / or repairing damage B) Breakages C) Charge for any specialised cleaning due to stains. Please ensure any damage or breakages are reported to the holiday home owners as soon as possible so these can be rectified for future guests. Lost keys will be subject to a £10 replacement fee.

The security bond will be returned within 7 days after the departure date providing the caravan is left clean, tidy and damage free

The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons within their party during your stay

The holiday home will be available from 3pm on the first day of hire and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Any problems should be reported to the holiday home owner in order for them to resolve as soon as possible. The holiday home owners shall accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to the hirer's property and / or accidents, injuries, illness, diseases, arising from the hire of the holiday home or the use of the holiday park, including acts of god or extreme weather conditions.

Once we have received your £50 deposit you the hirer has agreed to the full booking terms as above, as applicable at the time of your booking and holiday. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under English law.

Please note the Haven fun passes are required to gain entrance to the entertainment complex, use the pools and to participate in the kids activities. These are not included with your booking and can be purchased from the Haven main reception.
