We had a great weeks holiday here, our kids absolutely loved staying here. The caravan itself was very good and location felt safe, the owners answered all my questions before going. I didn’t read the small print properly(no cleaners come in after you) and lost our security bond due to not hoovering in bedrooms and a few stains on mattress protectors. Which I accept as an expensive oversight. Points that could help to improve. It’s advertised with a DVD player we took some and there was no DVD player. The kettle is very bad with limescale so we didnt use it and boiled water in a pan. The toaster had a very bad vinegar smell when used which is very off putting and I ended up using the grill instead. The hoover that was provided to use was very smelly when operating and we didn’t use in the bedrooms due to that. I asked about the using the bbq, I was told it was ok to use as long as it’s left clean. ( it’s not fit for purpose and should be replaced) due to this I never used it. There is no cleaners that come in after you which we didn’t realise and apologise for this. I don’t want my review to sound like a complaint because we had a great holiday here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Good afternoon, To address the points raised: -The DVD Player is inbuilt within the TV supplies in the master bedroom, and a cleaner is supplied at the end of every booking. I shall update the contents of the welcome pack to reflect both points. -Toaster, kettle, and hoover: we stayed in the caravan the day after your hire and did not notice any of these issues and used all such appliances daily, however I shall have the cleaner pay particular attention to the toaster and descale the kettle, and check both of the hoovers we supply upon her next visit. -BBQ this is an added bonus to the hire and have had no previous complaints so we are disappointed you felt you were not able to use it as it was "unfit for purpose". During our stay last week, we hosted a BBQ for 11 people and found no issues with it. It has been cleaned and left in full working order. Your bond was held back due to the staining and marks left on the mattress protectors and the additional time spent cleaning the caravan after the booking. New protectors had to be brought after two washes couldn't remove the markings left. This service isn't included within the standard cleaning cost so was an additional charge. We had a lovely week ,weather was definitely on our side . Caravan was in a.lovely quite spot away from main complex but only a 10 min walk away . Caravan has a lovely balcony to sit out on with sun on it all day its perfect for sun ppl like my husband and I, we even played a couple of the brain teaser games that were in Caravan, Lovely Caravan perfect weeks holiday, thankyou .

We would like to thank Nikki and Scott so much for allowing us to stay at there beautiful caravan. It was in a lovely spot and had everything we needed. There customer service was also outstanding always responding to any questions straight away and the information booklet was the best we had ever had when we had stayed at the park. We would definitely recommend if you are looking for a beautiful clean and stunning caravan. We would be looking and staying again, thank you

Excellent caravan, very modern and clean. It’s in a quiet area with not many people passing by. Loved the decking area!

Had a lovely stay in the caravan from 27th to 30th May. The caravan is situated on a quiet part of the park with a lovely sun trap on the balcony overlooking the little green, perfect if you have young children. Will be hopefully booking up again later in the year :-)

We have just returned from a short break using this lovely, well equipped caravan. Lovely and clean, tidy, everything you could need for your stay. Well positioned for the beach, the main complex, and a great walk to Gorleston on sea. We did of course have to pay separately for Haven passes for 2022 these work out £136.00 for a family of four. I wouldn't spend money buying these again with older children. All swimming slots were fully booked at least two weeks before our arrival, and the evening entertainment was of no interest to our teens. They were quite happy with the arcades just outside the site, and the local pub for meals etc. This is no reflection on the lovely caravan and its great position for the beach and amenities. Scott and Nikki were very helpful and swift when sending through all details of the booking. Thank you both we will certainly be using again :)
