Family owned caravan with decking all round to make the perfect seating/ sunbathing area with views of the glorious mountains and the sound of the waves crashing when the tide is in.

The caravan has a double bedroom on one side with en-suite inc shower and toilet, a further 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom and a twin bedded room all with fitted wardrobes plus the main shower/toilet are situated at the other end of the van.

There is an open plan kitchen living area with a full sized fridge freezer, oven, hob, and toaster etc

Duvets and pillows and bedding are included however you will need to bring your own towels, tea towels, washing up liquid etc.

The caravan is situated in Snowdon - a one minute walk to the complex and 3-4 minutes from the beach

Entertainment passes not included these can be purchased on site from the Reception team, prices not yet released by Haven

£100 deposit required when booking, (This includes a £50 security bond in case of damage)
Final balance of holiday is due 4 weeks prior to arrival, the £50 security bond will be returned within approx. 72 hours of leaving and after inspection of van for substantial damage / breakage.

The code for the key box will be provided by the owner.
Check in from 3pm and check out at 10am, (We like to ensure the van is spotless so we don't employ cleaners, we clean the van ourselves and this gives us the extra time needed)
The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home.1 dog is allowed in the caravan, however it must not be left unattended. Any damage caused by pets is the pet owners responsibility and repairs will be paid by the pet owner.

We strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your holiday to provide extra protection should the holiday not go according to plan.
