Nice caravan in a very good location not to far from the entertainment complex. The caravan was very clean and has been well looked after. Everything you needed for a family holiday well equipped kitchen.

Caravan was a lot better than expected it was absolutely spotless, plenty of room for the eight the of us. Really good break and enough to do on the site .Morecombe 10 mins walk ????

The caravan was clean including the toilets and shower and was well stocked in terms of cooking items, kettle, toaster, microwave etc plus heaters which we used. There was no wifi and no bedside lights which would have been helpful. Also there was no outside table or chairs to sit on and we could have done with a hoover as we had a dog.

The photos of the caravan do not do justice to the caravans decor and space, we were very pleasantly surprised on our arrival. Very happy to have the two toilets as there were 4 of us. All very clean, extensive array of crockery & cookware. Beds were very comfortable and a great shower. Good Tv. Site is quite basic but served us well as a base and we did use the club, pool & sauna. Only suggestions for a better experience would be WiFi in caravan, a small shelf in small toilet, a booklet on how to work shower and tv, a couple of deckchairs ( fortunately we took ours) and maybe a fan. I do realise that we were there in the unusual heatwave. There are radiators for the opposite weather ???? Owner was very responsive to our queries.

Had never been to morcambe before and found the location of the caravan park only 15minutes walk from the beach ideal. The position of the caravan on site was great and didn't feel overlooked and it was close to the car park. The caravan was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and bedding included was a bonus. Edward was very helpful answering any questions beforehand and the booking process and refund of the deposit was smooth and easy. Would love to return in the future.

Had a lovely stay, caravan was very welcoming and cleaned to a high standard, comfortable and homely. Excellent communication from the owner making our booking and holiday very straight forward. Looking forward to returning later in the year ????
