Our family-owned Caravan has amble seating areas within lounge/ dining areas and TV. It is beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could need for a memorable, comfortable stay. There is a wraparound veranda with decking and lockable gate, small table and chairs to sit and relax. Our caravan has own parking bay and includes quilts, hairdryer, pots, pans, cutlery, dinner sets, glasses, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV's. There is also a gas oven with 4 hobs and grill too. Please look after our caravan, if anything does get broken or missing could you please inform me.
The master bedroom includes central heating radiator, storage units above and to the sides of bed and wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, hairdryer and a TV. There is an en-suite toilet too. The twin bedroom includes two single beds, central heating radiator with wardrobe and storage units. The family bathroom includes a shower cubicle with an additional toilet, central heating radiator and counter top wash basin. There is a wraparound veranda with decking and lockable gate. The caravan has access via the double patio doors from the main living room area to the main veranda/ sitting area with outside furniture provided.
There is an open plan dining and lounge area too.
Our caravan is professionally cleaned to a high standard. Bed linen is freshly washed, ironed and provided and the beds are made for your arrival. Please bring your own towels including tea towels, pool and beach towels. All cleaning follows COVID-19 regulations by our independent cleaners.
Sited in an ideal and convenient location and only a few 5 minutes' walk to the park's main facilities complex such as family entertainment areas (Pic 'N' Paint Pottery, heated indoor pool with outdoor lazy river, Arcades, Fun works and Activity Booking Hub), main show bar, The Hawk wood bar & restaurant, local Mini Market, Cooks seafood takeaway. There is direct local beach access via either the beach train or you can walk down to Reighton Sands. Maybe feed the ducks and waterfowl at the pond near the main park entrance.
There are several children outdoor play areas and the main one is situated outside the Hawk wood bar & restaurant area. There is also a 9-hole golf course nearby.

Please note, we don't supply Haven fun park passes which are only available for purchase by guests at Reighton Sands Main Holiday Reception on the day of your arrival. These passes are optional and to use to access the facilities such as main Show bar and park entertainment areas. During busy periods there may be limited pass availability due to a reduction in slots at the venues.
With a Haven pass a guest will then be able to book a swimming pool slot or use the arcades, and other activities such as pic n paint. They will be able to book a slot on https://www.haven.com/food.
The use of The Hawk wood bar & restaurant does not require a Haven pass and can be booked on https://www.haven.com/food by selecting the Holidaymaker/guest option.
No Haven pass is required for takeaways. Cook's fish and chips can be booked on https://www.haven.com/food. Guests are required to wear face covering masks when collecting a food order if you are instructed to wear them during your stay.
Places to visit outside Haven:
If you don't want to use the parks facilities or want to spend your time outside the park, then there are plenty of other fun activities and places to visit along the North York's Coast and Moors. Flamingo Land theme park zoo and rides near Pickering. Go Ape at Dalby Forest. Hop on board North York's Moors Railway in Malton' Visit Eden WW2 Camp. Nearby, there's Filey's Bird Garden and animal park. Pop into Filey and take a walk to Filey's famous Brigg along the beach from Reighton Sands. Pop into the local beach cafe area near Hunmanby Gap or simply walk along the beach, explore the nearby cliffs or just go for a swim. Scarborough's only a 20-minute drive from Reighton Sands. Including North Bay Sea Life Centre Aquarium. At Peasholme park try the sky trail through the tree canopy, water chuting, water walking or the pedalos. Hire a dragon boat on the lake or ride the miniature railway. Outdoor live entertainment is also available during the summer months. Visit the beaches at Scarborough, Cayton Bay, or Filey. Visit mainland Britain's largest seabird colony at Bempton Cliffs to see the Puffins. Visit Thornwick Bay, Flamborough Head or travel further south to Bridlington it's also a 20 minutes' drive. Further afield take a day trip and explore Whitby and York too.
Bookings and Terms of Conditions:
Standard Caravan arrival time is 3pm (Monday-Sunday non school holidays and 4pm during either Easter and Summer holidays). Checkout/ departure time by 10.00am (Monday-Sunday). Please let us know if you have any issues regarding checkout/ departure time. Late checkout/ departure at 12 pm may be available for an additional £20 charge. Please ask first prior to leaving as this will impact on the cleaning and arrival of new guests.
We are flexible with dates and note there are high demands during peak periods (Bank holidays, Easter and School holidays). Bookings can be accommodated either on 3 - 4-night short breaks or weekly. Longer periods can also be accommodated. Please enquire with owner for further details or if you have already decided please select the month/ dates you require and the price will appear below your selected period.
Strictly not permitted electric vehicles to be charged from caravan. No pets and/ or smoking policy as our cleaner will inform us if there are signs that anyone has taken a pet or been smoking inside the caravan and you will forfeit your full £100.00 security bond. No hen or stag do parties welcome and all guests must adhere to the strict park rules. If there are any signs of anti-social behaviour (drug taking, cannabis smoking or excessive noise, violence and drunkenness) then the parks security/ police will be called in. You and your party will be ejected from the site and you will forfeit the rest of your stay and your £100.00 security bond. Only guests named at the time of full payment/ booking will be allowed to stay in the caravan and have access to the park at any given time. Uninvited swatters will be ejected including the paying guests if they refuse to adhere to the rules at time of booking. Haven restricts access to the park and all guests must be accounted for at time of registration to access the site. No more than 6 people should be inside the caravan during anytime including friends and family from other households. Your price quoted will have been tailored to your original guest information and any later additions, if allowed may incur an additional charge.
£50.00 booking deposit is required to secure your date and is not refundable (except for park closure during COVID) if booking is before 6 weeks of your holiday start period. You will be required to pay an additional £100.00 clean and care/ damage security bond, which is refundable upon satisfactory inventory and cleaning checks. (Note, replacement of any missing or damaged major item/s will incur full loss of the £100.00 security bond whilst the damage to minor item/s will be subject to repair/ replacement cost. The loss and replacement of keys or if the central heating, lights or water is left on after you vacate the caravan will incur deductions of between £10 and/or £20 from the security bond). Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to your account after you have left. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of travel the full amount is payable immediately. You are advised to take out travel insurance as in the event of the holiday not being taken for whatever reason there is no obligation on the owner to refund any monies (except for the damage bond). We welcome back return guests.
