The Caravan:
An Atlas Oasis 3 bedroom caravan with modern pitched roof and ample parking alongside for 2 cars. The caravan also features a veranda.
The caravan features a fully fitted kitchen area with cutlery, crookery, toaster, microwave, fridge (with small freezer compartment), gas cooker, coffee machine and ample storage space.
The main lounge features a dining , large sofa, 40" flat screen TV, DVD player and games console - a selection of DVD's and games are available for your use.
The bathroom features shower and sink, with the toilet in a separate room.
2 twin bedrooms with storage and a double bedroom with wardrobe and dresser, all bedroom have ample storage. We provide pillows and duvets but kindly request pillow cases, sheets and duvet covers are brought by yourself.
The Site:
Holivans is a family run caravan park close to the resort of Mablethorpe. The sandy dunes are just across the road! Where you can catch the famous Mablethorpe Sand Train to town or the Road Train! which stops just outside the site.
Lowens Cinema is a 5 minute walk from the site.
The "Tow Bar" offers you a place to relax with family and friends whilst enjoying panoramic views of the park and the picturesque sand dunes from the conservatory.
Dogs and their well-behaved owners are welcome in the Tow Bar. The Lounge Bar is dog friendly at all times. We serve a range of specially brewed Dog Beer and Wine for your canine companion too!
The Main Bar is dog friendly until 7pm. After 7pm in the Main Bar all dogs (except assistance dogs) will not be permitted.
During the evenings, you can enjoy a wide variety of entertainment, ranging from live artists, quiz nights, karaoke or bingo.
The Lounge Bar, which also has WiFi, provides a perfect place to unwind while watching HD TV or play a game of darts in the Lounge Conservatory. Better still, why not sit and bathe in the warmth of the sun's rays on our Terrace whilst watching the world go by.
So whether it be for a leisurely mid-day drink with friends or a big night out for all the family, the Tow Bar offers you a great night out.
In the sunken garden, we have a small children's play area, ideal for toddlers and small children. For bigger kids, we have an adventure play trail on our spacious front green where you can also have a game of football or various other ball games.
If you need to do some laundry on holiday- no worries! We have a fully equipped launderette.
Places to Visit:
We are only three quarters of a mile away from the lively seaside resort of Mablethorpe which has a variety of attractions including, a range of shops, play centres and funfairs. Not to be missed is the close by Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary and Wildlife Centre. In the early & late season there is the Motorcycle Sand racing on the beach. Other facilities include tennis, horse-riding, bowling and golf. Lots of leaflets are available from the Park Office.

Mablethorpe's Famous Sand Train has been operating on the beach since 1952, providing pleasure rides along the wonderful golden sands, even the dog can have a ride!
Further inland are the market towns of Alford, Spilsby and Louth which are full of quaint shops, historic houses and beautiful churches. These towns are worth visiting to experience the Lincolnshire country way of life.

Just over an hour's drive away is the historic cathedral city of Lincoln. Must visits include the cathedral itself, Lincoln Castle and a walk down Steep Hill (and then back up!) for a wide array of shops or to stroll beside the Brayford Pool.
