We are situated on a sought after area at Sandmartin Court,Kiln Park. near the short-cut into town and the long sandy beach is less than a ten minute walk away.

Tenby is a lively, historic town with interesting shops, bars and restaurants and is a great base for exploring all that Pembrokeshire has to offer.

If you have a special occasion to celebrate or are seeking a luxury holiday, look no further. This holiday home feels more like a modern, open plan apartment with its well equipped kitchen, large lounge with flat screen TV and DVD. Patio doors open on to a sunny verandah where you can relax in comfort.

There is a separate, high spec shower room.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, lots of storage and an en-suite luxury shower. The twin room has full size single beds and whilst there is a sofa bed in the lounge we think that a maximum of 4 people would really enjoy this spacious holiday home.

It also has central heating, double glazing, smoke alarms and free gas and electricity. Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bedding or purchase a linen pack from reception . Here you can also buy entertainment passes.
It is one of the top grade caravans which command the highest rates but by booking direct with the owners you can save a fortune on brochure prices.
