Seton Sands Holiday Park is the perfect place to relax for everyone, regardless of your age. Indoor and outdoor facilities are available daily during the open season such as; heated indoor pool, entertainment venue, arcades, all weather sports range, golf course, outdoor and indoor kids play area.
If you plan to eat out, you can reserve a table at a restaurant or order a takeaway from on site fish and chip shop. There is also a supermarket to buy your essentials and launderette open daily. If you however fancy exploring the area, the East Coast of Scotland will allow you to discover beautiful historical sights, admire stunning views and enjoy beautiful sandy beaches where delicious local food tastes best.
Emi's Caravan is located in the Gleneagles area, quiet but popular with families part of the park. We can accommodate up to six people. Caravan has two bedrooms with single beds, main en-suite bedroom with king size bed, living room with pull-out sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, shower room. There is also a decking with a set of outdoor furniture for you to use during nice and sunny days. Double glazed windows and central heating will keep you warm during cold days.
We can assure you that our caravan has everything you need for your stay, so you don't have to carry any extra luggage with you!

If you are planning to celebrate a birthday, wedding anniversary or any other special occasion while staying in our caravan, please let us know in advance. If you wish, we can decorate the caravan for you, prepare a small tasty buffet or bake a delicious cake.

Terms & Conditions:
Entertainment passes are not included but you can purchase them from the reception as soon as you check-in.
Please alert us when booking if anyone has any allergies or health/mobility issues, so we can make sure that this holiday home is best suited to your needs.
Caravan must be vacated by 10.30am unless by prior arrangement. If you request later departure please speak to us beforehand.
Caravan is available from 4pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in possible.
All bookings/accommodation is booked on a self catering basis.
We cannot accept pets in our caravan.
A provisional booking will be accepted, subject to receiving a £100 deposit within 48 hrs , this deposit could be: a paypal payment or bank transfer.
We also require a £50 refundable damage deposit. The entire deposit will be reimbursed after the caravan inspection, and in the event of any damage, the deposit will be adequately reduced.
Upon receiving your deposit, you will receive confirmation for the dates that you have now booked. THE BALANCE OF THE HIRE CHARGE IS DUE SIX WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, if the balance is not received within this time frame, then the caravan owners reserve the right to hire the caravan to someone else. Bookings taken with less than six weeks remaining can only be accepted if payment is made in full and received within 24hrs.
Refunds will only be given if your break is affected by local lockdown, government travel restrictions are imposed, or park is closed. We will happily move your stay to another date or offer a refund of any money paid.
