Our Luxury deluxe caravan is located on the newly refurbished plots of Sandringham on Havens Marton mere, with a hard standing car park space, our plot is less than 5 minutes short walk to the main complex which has all your live entertainment, swimming, arcades etc.
With 3 bedrooms our caravan sleeps 6, large lounge, kitchen and bathroom with 2 toilets this is a perfect family holiday home.
It has Double glazing and a nearly new boiler for the central heating make this an ideal caravan even in the winter months.
To the side of the caravan is our 25x8ft side decking with rattan furniture, ideal to let the kids out with the lockable gate.
Lounge
The lounge provides a home from home feel, with free standing furniture, central heating, and a large 42” Freeview TV .
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you require for your Haven Holiday including a fridge freezer, microwave oven, 4 ring gas cooker & oven, Kettle, Toaster pots & pans & cutlery.
To the side of the kitchen is a free standing dining table & chairs where you can enjoy your family meals together.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom again provides that touch of comfort with a Double bed with mattress protector, tall wardrobe and a freeview remote control TV.
Both of the twin bedrooms come complete with two single beds in each, both with mattress protectors and bedside cabinets.
And both have smart TVs with Freeview play.
Also Netflix-YouTube built in (own login required)
LINEN/LINEN HIRE

We are now able to offer guests FREE linen included in the price you see saving you anything from £20-£40 on linen hire compared to other private owner charges.,
This means that all beds will be made up for your arrival to dive straight in too, taking the Stress away from making them up on arrival. Guest will just need to bring their own Bath towels & Tea towels.

Passes can either be bought from Haven reception upon arrival, or purchased online using our owner reference number which you will get off us once the full balance of your stay has been settled, you can then book your activities up to 4 weeks before you go.

COVID 19 information. Caravan will be cleaned sanitised after every visit. Toilets will be deep cleaned, sanitised. Hand sanitiser will be provided for guests along with the sanitised key safe for entry to avoid any key handovers.

The security Bond will be forfeited if any of the below T&C are compromised in any way.
*This caravan is strictly NON SMOKING and NO PETS are permitted inside at all as we use this van regular ourselves and one of our children suffers with allergies so there’s no exceptions.
*£50 deposit is required to secure your off peak date.
*£100 deposit to secure summer holidays & peak dates.
*We also take a refundable £100 security/damages bond on top of your holiday price which will be returned to you within 48hrs of you leaving provided no damage has been done and the caravan has been left in the clean condition that you found it In when you arrived. (cleaning materials are provided).
*Any breakages/damages with costs totalling more than the £100 bond there will be extra charges to the lead Booker.
*Once the check in form completed only named guests permitted to stay in caravan.
*Doms caravan holidays will not be held responsible for any accidents or injury during your stay, we encourage guests to find there own adequate holiday insurance as you would if going abroad, this is not compulsory but advised.
