Fantastic caravan for myself and my son ?? close to amenities but not too close to hear the busyness of the complex in the evening. Very close to the beach, great view from the window and the decking. Communication from Alex was great throughout and very helpful. The caravan itself is cosy, homely and very spacious & contains everything you need. Thanks :)

Just returned from a long weekend in beach Grove The location on the park was ideal for me and my family and dogs as was right beside the beach and the walk to the complex wasnt to far as well as having 2 ways to walk back.. A can say the caravan is homely but still needs a few wee minor adjustments to make better .. needs an iron and iron board and some outside lightening as when its dark its really dark and maybe even small tvs in the bedrooms so there is a noise breaker for the windy stormy nights .. will defos be rebooking sooner rather than later

Location was nice and the view of the sea was really good. The caravan was tidy, comfortable and well presented. The owner was helpful and friendly, which made the whole transaction so much easier. It was at a quite location, with a relatively short walk to the complex. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the caravan. There was only a couple of things that could have been there, to help it live up to the luxury name. Parking was an issue as there wasn't a dedicated space for the caravan. So if you are given a later check-in and travelling a little further. Guests from further up the road will park in the spaces beside your caravan. This is obviously not the owners fault, but maybe something that could be looked into. If not than guests could take this into account when travelling. The caravan was a little smaller than i expected, this is based on for previous visits through other companies. However this didnt really affect our stay, and didnt dampen it in anyway. The PS3 controller had drift, so couldnt be played and made it a little difficult for films. Oven gloves for the cooker would have been a plus, and a dishwasher would really benefit this place. The shower did have slight discolouration, and needs a little love and attention. But taking that all into account we had a great time, and had a very pleasant stay.

This is the first I have heard of an issue with the ps3 controller, I will have this replaced before our next guests check in. I feel the same about parking but unfortunately we have nowhere to build a designated driveway, if it was an option we certainly would love to have this. Thank you ????
