Owner's Booking Terms
Deposits are non refundable if your holiday Is cancelled!
All our caravans are strictly No Smoking!! any one who is found to have been smoking in our caravans, will lose their deposit.
We do not supply passes for the entertainment, we just supply the caravans for hire, people that hire our vans need to sort out their passes with park dean..
No more than 8 people in an 8 berth to stay in caravan! No more than 6 in a 6 berth, and no more than 10 in a 10 berth
No same sex groups, these are park dean rules.
If these rules are not adhered to you could be asked to leave and forego any money paid!
If there is any damage I am to be informed straight away, this will be your responsibility and you will be expected to pay for it.
I’m sure there won’t be and that you will leave the caravans in the pristine condition that you find them, there are cleaning products for your use also a cleaner that is kept in the boiler cupboard.
