Have fun with the whole family relax and enjoy all the facilities on one of Newquay's top caravan parks.

Sea Breeze is located on the Firs which is a small cul-de-sac with no through traffic (see site map in pics)

"Sea Breeze" caravan is a family run ABI Ambleside caravan 40ft long & extra wide at 13ft. Sleeps 6, with one double bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room and toilet.
One bedroom with two single beds with built in wardrobe's. Pull out double bed settee in the living room.

All bedding and towels are supplied. Beds are made up before arrival

Kitchen with microwave, full size oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker ( nespresso original pods ). Dinning table with 4 chairs.

Childs high chair ( chicco pocket snack ) and bed guard

Some children's games and books in the caravan

Free WiFi in the caravan

Out side there is private decking with table and chairs and a sun lounger

Dedicated parking space beside the caravan.

The space
1 king size double bed with walking wardrobe, dressing table, en-suite shower room with toilet. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Family shower room with toilet.

Kitchen with integrated washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Lounge with double bed settee, single chair, TV. Double glazing and full gas central heating.

Guest access
There is 1 dedicated parking space beside the caravan.

The park has 3 heated out door swimming pools, ride the 200 ft water slide, New for 2022 will be a high ropes course, bungee trampolines, an Arts and Crafts Den, Bear Grylls' Survival Academy, pirate Crazy Golf, Lazer Tag, Battle Blaster, Bumper Zorbs, Hover Boards, and lots more. There is a shop, bar and restaurant on site with nightly entertainment.

Other things to note.
Family's welcome, the park will not allow all male or all female groups that are not part of the same family, no party's, no smoking, no pets.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased from reception on arrival if required or online in advance of your stay, please check with the park for the latest prices.
Please note that Newquay Holiday Park no longer permits commercial vehicles on the park.

What an amazing caravan, has everything you could ever need including towels and bed linen and is also spotless clean. The owner was really helpful and polite, i would highly recommend and i will definitely be using yourselves again , thank you so much cant wait to return again in the very near future.

Had a lovely visit to Sea View. It was clean and tidy with everything you’d expect to be provided. I was especially pleased that there were two bathrooms as you don’t always get that and it’s definitely helpful. Also friendly owners who are very helpful. The park is great too, we visited during the off season so it was quiet but looks like there will be a lot to do for families when it’s peak season. Will be visiting again soon.
