Littlesea Holiday Park - Holiday Accommodation 14196

Welcome to our privately owned 3 bedroom caravan on Haven’s Littlesea Holiday Park in Weymouth.

Our caravan has a wonderful position within the park with it being less than 1 minute walk to the facilities whilst still boasting a beautiful view of the fleet lagoon.

Caravan Details:
*Full central heating and double glazing throughout.
*3 bedrooms, 1 double room with en-suite, 1 twin room and 1 room that can be set up as double or twin. Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to provided your own bed linen. All bedrooms have a TV/DVD player. There is also a bed guard available.
*Living/Dining room - Living space consists of U-Shaped sofa, coffee table, Large flat screen TV, DVD player, Electric fireplace and patio doors that lead out onto the patio. The sofa also converts into a double bed. There is also a dining table and chairs that will seat 4 plus a highchair.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all crockery and glassware to cater for 8 people. There are also plastic cups, plates and bowls for the children and 2 dog bowls.
*Bathrooms - The main bathroom has a toilet, sink and walk in shower. There is also an en-suite bathroom off the main bedroom which has a sink and toilet.
*Outside - There is a large wrap around decking which overlooks the beautiful fleet lagoon, where the sunsets are amazing! There is also patio furniture, outside lighting and parking next to the caravan. There is also an additional bench on the grassed area to the side of the caravan.

Park Facilities

Haven Littlesea is a very family friendly park with facilities for all. It has daytime and evening entertainment with a full programme of events. There are also kids clubs, restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating, arcade, fish and chip shop, Papa Johns, indoor/outdoor heated pool, multi sports court, crazy golf, archery and Segway's plus much more. A public bus runs frequently throughout the day which stops inside Littlesea and goes to Weymouth town centre/beach.

Additional information

*Our caravan is strictly non-smoking both inside and on the decking area.

*Bed linen and towels are NOT provided.

*2 well behaved dog's are accepted per booking at a cost of £25 per dog.

*Haven passes aren't included in this booking. Haven's ‘Stay & Play’ passes which includes full entertainment and activities access are available to purchase direct from Haven.

*A non refundable deposit of £100 is required at time of booking, with the balance of the holiday payable at least 8 weeks before your holiday. If booking within the 8 week period, the full balance is payable immediately.

*In addition, we require a £50 security deposit to cover any damage, loss, breakages or the need for an excessive clean. This is returned immediately upon cleaning and checking the caravan at the end of your holiday.

*Payments are accepted via PayPal and bank transfer.

*Shorter breaks available upon request, however change over days are only Monday's and Friday's. Please ask owner.
