Description

Our caravan has parking to the front and is close to the site convenience store, laundrette and stagecoach open top bus stop, the main reception is a 2-3 minute walk away which also hosts indoor and outdoor pools.

Entertainment passes are mandatory and NOT included in your price these are an additional £50/£60 per booking per week (1-7days) and would need to be paid for before your arrival via BACS or PayPal.

Bed linen included.
Towels are not included.

We’ve recently got back from our 2 week break! This caravan has everything you could need for your holiday, lovely welcome hamper on arrival is a lovely touch, but not expected in the slightest, caravan has parking right out front so not far to walk if you’ve had a busy day out, our dog felt right at home and settled straight away, Which he stresses easy so shows he felt the home from home touch. Easy contact with owner, quick replies and very friendly. Decent size fridge and freezer which allowed us to get food in for a week, van in great location close to shop and main clubhouse and facilities, but quiet enough if looking for an early night or quiet afternoon. Highly recommend to anyone! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Myself and my son and our dog had an absolutely fantastic weekend. Lesley had advised us of the upcoming pirate ??????? festival in brixham, we went and had an absolutely brilliant time. The caravan was spotlessly clean and modern. There were a complimentary loaf of bread cereal and buns in a basket waiting for us and butter and milk in the fridge. The caravan was both warm and well stocked with all the essentials needed to be comfortable. Two separate bathrooms and one with an excellent shower. Full amount of channels on the tv and free on site wifi which was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Lesley Terry’s caravan as she has gone above and beyond for comfort and cleanliness. I look forward to staying there again in the future as we had a brilliant weekend. Lots to do and lots to see. Great place for short or long hols.

Amazing caravan . Lesley left us loads of essential items which was lovely to be able to have a cup of tea and the kids loved the boxes of cereals and bread , and even included a nice treat for my dog . We had everything we needed for a few days .would definitely visit again. It was clean and lesley was always at the end of the phone if we needed her

We stayed here for a long weekend. The caravan was well situated on the site, central between the shop and clubhouse with parking right out front. Communication for booking and arrival was clear and efficient and had no issues along the way. The caravan is very well equipped, the owner has thought of everything you could need. The welcome hamper of bread and milk was a really nice touch to find on arrival, we could all have a drink after the long drive. Would highly recommend and would definitely return here again.
