Cayton Bay Caravan Park - Holiday Accommodation 14232

Situated in a good location (Elm) on Cayton Bay Holiday Park our beautiful 3 bedroom 2016 ABI Trieste caravan has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms.

The kitchen/lounge area is open plan making it a spacious living area. In the kitchen is well equipped inc. fridge, microwave, toaster.

The Lounge area offers 30” Smart TV offering both Freeview channels as well as online content such as Netflix/Disney/Prime (you may need to use your own login for some of the apps).

The caravan is fully double glazed and central heated throughout, has a shower room with toilet and an additional separate toilet also.

On site the park has - Pool, amusements, show bar, mini golf, high ropes, craft workshop, football, play areas outside and a soft play area within the recently refurbished on-site restaurant, as well as a show bar for entertainment for both kids and adults.

Across the road to the park entrance (about 5 mins walk from the caravan) is a local pub called The Tow Bar which offers great food and also a large children's play area.

Currently there is free WIFI available from Park Dean in the caravan, so you would just need to register/login and you will be set up.

All Beds are provided with clean bed linen and they will be ready for your arrival

Towels are not included so you will need to bring your own.

Booking Conditions:
A £75 bond/deposit is needed to secure your date (this is in addition to the cost of the holiday)

. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation
. This is refunded back to you after your stay following caravan inspection.
. We have a strict no smoking policy! Any signs of smoking inside will result in guests being asked to leave and the deposit not being refunded

Entertainment passes are NOT included within the price of the booking, but can be purchased from the park Reception on arrival.

Generally we rent Mon-fri & Fri or full weeks can be booked during school holidays – please contact us with any dates you have in mind and we will accommodate you wherever possible.

Unfortunately no pets allowed.

£75 damages deposit is exactly that, for any damages. Obviously I appreciate cups/glasses break so please don't worry too much about that, all I ask is you advise me so I can replace these items.

The deposit is in addition to the cost and due at time of booking, with cost due at least 1 month before your booking. The damages deposit it refunded upon satisfactory checks after your stay.
