Our holiday home is situated in the peaceful Woodlands area of Flamingoland with spacious surrounding grassed area, plenty of room for children to play.
Near leisure complex and swimming pool and short walk to the Theme Park and Zoo.

Parking for 2 cars on paved drive.
Patio doors lead from lounge to spacious, secure enclosed decking area with seating.
Lounge area with wrap around seating, armchair and coffee table.
Brand new 43" TV and DVD player.
Modern electric fire.
3 Bedrooms, 1 Double, 2 Twin rooms, plenty of storage space, sleeps 6 or 7 (if youngest 2 years or less.)
Travel cot.
Bed guard.
Central heating.
Shower room with separate toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, hob, grill, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer.
Tassimo drinks machine.
Slow cooker.
Iron and ironing board.
Cordless hoover.
Dining room table and 4 chairs, 2 stools.
Highchair available.
2 Smoke alarms, fire blanket, fire extinguisher.
2 Carbon monoxide detectors.
Gas and electricity included in price.
Bed linen included in price.

As a family orientated park no hen or stag parties permitted.
Lead person for booking must be aged over 25 years.
Only those named on the booking forms may occupy the holiday home.
£50 non refundable deposit to secure dates.
£100 damage bond required, fully refunded provided holiday home is left clean and tidy with no breakages or damage.
Final balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Park passes are mandatory and must be purchased directly from Flamingo Land on your arrival. These cover the duration of your stay and include access to the theme park, zoo, swimming pool, leisure complex, entertainment and bars.
Check in from 4pm on day of arrival, check out from 10am on day of departure.

Fabulous caravan like home from home .. Owners Andrew and Edwina was very helpful , replies to all emails in a very quick responds Had a great few days away with grandchildren and family

Me and my family stayed here for a week the caravan was very clean location is in a perfect place not far away from the pool walking distance and not far to travel to the rides. Lord Andrew and his wife are extremely helpful they have always provided us with all the information we needed via email and phone calls. This has been the best caravan we have stayed in we visit allot of caravan every year and will be booking back up for next year my kids all loved the movies which are available in the caravan. Thanks again Andrew for a fantastic stay ????

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay . 4 nights in a beautiful, comfortable and clean caravan , would definitely recommend! We had everything we needed in the caravan . Location was so peaceful ???? plenty of room for the kids to play outside the caravan . The owners sent the keycode before we arrived , everything went so smoothly . We will be returning .
