Kitchen has integrated undercounter, fridge and undercounter freezer, integrated gas oven with 4 ring gas hob, plenty of cupboard storage space, kettle, microwave and toaster. Dining table sitting up to 4.
Spacious, yet cosy lounge, with L shaped sofa and chair, large 47inch TV with HDMI DVD player and a large selection of varied DVD's. Outwards opening patio doors onto the decking, with bistro style table and chairs. There are two recliner sun-loungers stored within the home.
