*very well equipped kitchen with 4 gas burner stove, double oven, huge fridge freezer, toaster, microwave and all the pots and pans you'll need
*large main bathroom with WC and large, powerful shower
*bedroom 1 with 2 singles plenty of storage with TV
*bedroom 2 with twin bed and plenty of storage no TV
*main double bedroom with 32" Smart HD TV connected for Netflix and Prime TV, en-suite toilet, full size wardrobes, dressing table

*ABSOLTUTLY NO SMOKING WITHIN THE CARAVAN
*We do full weeks, Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday, just ask
*we require a £75 non returnable deposit to secure your holiday and a £75 bond. This will be returned when caravan has been checked for damage or smoking
*payment by bank transfer or cheque
*same sex party groups are not allowed in the caravan the person booking must be 25 or over and part of the party
*site passes are not included in price but can purchased on-line prior to your holiday.
*Bedding is provided for every let, freshly laundered and made up ready for your arrival.
*All beds have pillows, duvets and mattress protectors
*we do not accept liability for injury loss or damage to you or your party
*gas and electric is free with fair use, there will be a charge for excessive use
*you may arrive at the caravan anytime after 3pm please depart by 10am so the caravan can be prepared for the next guests
*any problems when you arrive at the caravan please let me know straight away other wise any damage or anything wrong when you leave will result in the loss of your bond
*the owner or the representative shall be allowed access to caravan at anytime during stay

Haven Blue Dolphin have added all the fun they could fit into a caravan holiday . There's the heated indoor and outdoor pools and multi-lane water slide. Or how about a spot of freshwater fishing on the lake or a trip to the golden sand of Filey beach? Rain won’t stop play when the indoor SportsDrome has a Climbing Wall and a Roller Disco to enjoy. There’s no end to the fun you can have at Haven. Brilliant on site facilities include a fully stocked shop, the Brigghouse Bar, two more evening entertainment bars.
