Offering spectacular views over the stunning Ribble Valley, the park is set within 30 acres of carefully landscaped parkland, in an area which is a firm favourite for outdoor enthusiasts such as cyclists, ramblers and bird watchers.

Quite uniquely for those familiar with Lord of the Rings, the world renowned Tolkein Trail also starts and ends in nearby Hurst Green, meaning literary enthusiasts can discover the Ribble landscape that may just have inspired J.R.R. Tolkien himself. The small town of Longridge is just half a mile down the road and home to a nice selection of supermarkets, cafés, takeaways, pubs serving food and boutique clothing and gift shops.
For those wanting to venture further afield, both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks can be reached in around an hour. Swapping countryside for coast, the beautiful Fylde Coast and sand dunes of Lytham St Annes can be reached in around a 30-minute drive as can the razzamatazz of Blackpool.
