Our luxury 2020 private holiday home, located on Beech Grove, provides a holiday home from home which is kept to the highest standard to ensure your comfort and happiness during your stay.

The caravan is cleaned to ensure COVID standards prior to your arrival. The spacious open plan living area allows for all the family to relax together with a flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD’s, large L shaped sofa, fully central heated with an electric fire in the lounge.

The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with a full size gas hob and oven, full size fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

The bedrooms comprises of one master bedroom and two twin bedrooms. All of our beds and pillows are equipped with mattress protectors. Bedding is supplied but you’ll need to provide your own towels and tea towels.

The bathrooms comprise of a shower with W/C and hand basin and a separate W/C with hand basin in the master suite.

The van benefits from two outdoor decking areas, with both the front decking are and the seating area to the side of the van, it allows for parents to relax and soak up the sun throughout the day on The Park, Zoo and Leisure Centre before enjoying the varied Evening Entertainment. Patio area with parking.

Flamingo Land provide free wifi available for guests use.

For your family's safety the home is fitted with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarms.

£50 deposit is required upfront to hold the booking which is non-refundable if cancelled. If the booking is 56 days or less prior to arrival then the full amount is required. The balance can be paid at any time up until 6 weeks of your arrival. If you prefer to spread the cost you can pay in smaller amounts at any time. A £100 security deposit is required however this is refundable providing the caravan is left clean with no damages or breakages.

Please note: Passes need to be purchased on your arrival at Flamingo land office and the price depends on the amount of guests staying in the caravan. Children under 3 are free. These will last for the duration of your stay and give you access to the theme park, zoo, swimming complex all bars and evening entertainment. Flamingo land is family orientated and will only allow lets to families of up to 6 persons, or 7 as long as the child is under 2 years old or younger. They will not allow single sex or youth groups lets or couples under 25.
