1) Craig Tara is a family holiday parks and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance may have their holiday terminated and be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of their holiday.
2)No smoking is allowed in Caravan. If you smoke in the caravan your secure bond will be retained to enable us to pay for a deep clean.
3)Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities at the park are beyond our control and we cannot accept any responsibility for this.
4)We (the owners of this caravan) can accept NO liability for any loss or damage to cars, belongings or personal injury occurring whilst staying in our caravan. We suggest that you purchase some form of holiday insurance if you require it, as there is no insurance included in the price of your holiday.
5)You (the hirer) will be responsible for any damage or loss caused by the use of televisions, free view boxes, boilers, microwaves and freezers etc.
We cannot be held responsible should one of these items not work or breakdown but we will do our best to repair or replace the item as soon as possible.
The condition of these items are based on the usage of paying guests & it is the guest’s responsibility to leave them as they found them.
Every effort will be made to repair any equipment that is faulty or stopped working we cannot make any refunds for items not working.
6)The caravan MUST be left in a clean and tidy condition.
The hirer is responsible for ALL members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay.
7)IF ANY DAMAGES ARE FOUND, YOU MUST REPORT THESE TO US (THE OWNERS) UPON YOUR ARRIVAL!
After this time the responsibility of any loss or damages will be yours.
Breakages and/or damages that have happened during your stay are not reported to us or replaced you may result in losing all or some of your secure bond to cover the replacement.
You must leave the caravan clean & tidy and your secure bond will be returned after the caravans contents have been checked for damage/loss.
8)The keys for the caravan are your responsibility while you are staying. If you lose the keys, there will be no refund of secure bond; this is to enable us to get the locks changed and new keys cut.
9)Please note, extra guests cannot under ANY circumstances be added to your holiday on the day of arrival or when checking in. You will not be permitted entrance. Any additional guests will be turned away and refused access to our van and the caravan site.
We reserve the right to cancel any previous arrangements with no refunds.
10)Parents/Guardians have the responsibility of supervising their children at all times to ensure the safety of their children whilst in the caravan. It is also the responsibility of the parents/guardians to inform us upon arrival of any dangers in the caravan specific to their children that may need attention.

● 20% deposit (to reserve the date and is non refundable)
● 3 weeks from holiday commencement date - 20% deposit will not be refunded
● 2 weeks or earlier from holiday commencement date - 50% of your full balance will be returned
