Amazing caravan and very clean and lots of extra touches which go above and beyond. Most definitely the best private caravan i've stayed in by far. Maxine was a wonderful host and easy to get in touch with. Will definitely be staying here again.

What a lovely caravan, very homely and a fab welcome pack was left for us. Furniture is comfortable, had access to WiFi Good location by the restaurant and swimming pool and just across the road from the beach and a very quiet spot The caravan faces onto the racecourse which is ideal for the dogs as not many walking pass so less barking ‘hello’ Would definitely book with Maxine again ????

Just arrived back from a week's stay. The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed, even little extras you wouldn't think of! The caravan is situated in a lovely quiet spot of the park but still within walking distance of the facilities. Maxine was a fantastic host and was on hand if we needed anything! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Just had a fabulous stay in this comfortable caravan, situated in a quite spot looking into the racecourse, with a lovely view & sunset in the evenings. Maxine was a great hostess, providing lots of treats & home comforts which made our stay really special, we will definitely be returning.

What can I say… the owner of the caravan was wonderful ,very thoughtful, there are the drop of a hat on the phone should we of needed her , lovely welcome package for when we got there , the caravan was wonderful, very clean , in a great location away from all the noise , wonderful view of the racecourse . At night time we even had some little deer walk by .. honestly anyone thinking of booking with Maxine … do so you won’t regret it , this was our first private hire and it certainly did not disappoint. Thank you again Maxine .

One word, MAGIC! Maxine is a super host with a lovely caravan she goes above and beyond to make your visit perfect, she pays attention to the finer details and has fantastic communication via email & by phone. I’ve booked with Maxine before and will continue to do so. I wouldn’t book through haven or via caravan park again. The caravan was beautiful great view of the racecourse and super sunsets, bed are comfy, the van has everything you need and want. The best holidays filled with amazing memories are booked here!

Maxine couldn't have been a more helpful host. She replied to every email really quickly including the day we were due to arrive. When we arrived after an 11 hour drive it was so exciting to see a fridge full of wine and soft drinks, milk and lovely biscuits too. The caravan was lovely and clean and had everything we needed and really appreciated maxine putting on the teddy covers for my daughters room. The location was lovely right next to the racecourse as the grass felt like our garden. Our dog certainly enjoyed running back and forth out there. The decking had a lovely view of the sunset and the man in the caravan next door was really friendly and chatty whenever we saw him. The beach is also a 2 minute walk away. The facilities on site are great with a water park, 2 soft play and the shows were better than any we have seen at other haven sites, the entertainers were so good at what they do. Thanks so much maxine we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Stayed here for a week with our 2 young boys and our dog. Maxine was the best host - beats hiring off of caravan parks by a mile! Maxine is incredibly attentive with the welcome package you receive when arriving and with how responsive she is through email when you have a question. After our 6 hour journey the refreshments available were amazing. Maxine is a host that really cares about you and your holiday which is lovely. Will definitely be booking again we just hope she has availability.

This is the nicest caravan we have ever stayed in! It is so clean and is in a lovely setting overlooking the racecourse which is quiet and private yet only a few minutes walk to the beach and the facilities. We are so pleased to have found such a beautiful caravan and have since booked up to return. The owner is extremely friendly and is so helpful and attentive. It is very spacious and has everything you need, it was so very kind and thoughtful of her to leave us milk, toilet rolls and extras to help us settle in straight away and we can't wait to return! Thank you again for helping to make our holiday so wonderful and we look forward to staying here again for many years to come!

Where do I start, from the start to finish Maxine has been fantastic, making our holiday great, providing excellent facility’s. Started on arrival when we got in and had some lovely refreshments left and biscuits and Easter egg and sweets for our child. I have rented caravans in the past but never ever have I experienced anything like this before. I have provisionally booked for the summer as this has honestly been the best holiday we have had in the uk. This caravan has everything you need and the owner Maxine is the most kindest person I have ever had the pleasure to rent off. Maxine really makes you feel as though this isn’t just a holiday it almost feels as though it’s your caravan, that is how amazing and easy she has made the stay. I’ve got a feeling this will be hard to rent in future because I feel whoever stays here will want to come again. We as a family have had an amazing stay. The caravan is on a lovely plot overlooking the horse track with a lovely seating area on the decking where you can get up in the morning and have a cup of tea and just breath in that sea air. I personally want to thank Maxine for letting us use her caravan which I believe is 5 STARS for everything, right from the customer service, to the facilities and cleanliness. Thank you cannot wait to come again.

Amazing weekend away from start to finish, Maxine was absolutely fantastic and was always available whenever we had any questions. After a 2 hour drive it was a relief to have tea, coffee, sugar, 4 pints of milk and toilet roll supplied so we did not have to go out to the shop on arrival, we could just relax and enjoy our weekend. Caravan was lovely and clean, fresh bedding was made up on every bed. All cooking utensils were supplied so we had the option to cook if we wanted, there was nothing we needed that wasn’t already supplied by Maxine, fantastic! Great location, only a couple minute walk to the sea front, arcades and on site shops/restaurants. The caravan overlooks the horse race track which is so lovely to overlook at anytime throughout the day. Watching the sunrise/sunset on the clean and open decking is just magical. Such great value for money, anyone looking to book a caravan holiday I would highly recommend booking through Maxine, Thank you so much for our stress free holiday, we will definitely be staying again soon!
