We stayed in this caravan and was highly satisfied with the accommodation. Nice location not too far away from clubhouse. Very spacious and bright. The price was great for 5 nights. Lovely walk along the beach into Filey. Great holiday home

Well what can I say....we had the best holiday with our little girl. Caravan was everything we needed and more. Cosy, clean and perfect location. Not to far or to close to the clubhouse. Nothing was to much for the owner, quickly replied if we had any questions. You can't go wrong with booking this caravan. Site is brilliant for everyone too, plenty to do. 5 min walk from the beach, what more could you ask for x

Stayed here with my husband and 2 children aged 12 and 13. We all had a wonderful time. The caravan is clean and comfy. There's plenty to do on site and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. The owners Helen and Emma go above and beyond in making sure the Caravan lives up to expectations. Of all the Caravan holidays I've experienced, this has been my favourite.

We had a fabulous break at the caravan! Everything you need in the caravan and on-site! Owners approachable, friendly, warming and welcoming! Amazing value. Beautiful scenery and location. Within 5 minutes to the beach. Gorgeous views of the coast. Picturesque :-) No doubt will be staying again.

We've stayed here a few times now, the caravan is in a great spot, the park is fun packed for all ages and in a lovely setting close to a beautiful beach. My children are ages 2-18 and all love going, lots to do for everyone. We can't wait to go back. Also the owners are lovely, very helpful and accommodating ?????

I have stayed in Emma's caravan on a number of occasions and it's always been consistently good. The park is excellent for everyone. Emma's caravan has everything you need for a perfect holiday and she is a lovely owner who goes above and beyond to make it perfect. Definitely will be going again this year. I recommend it highly.
