The luxurious accommodation consists of an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, shower room, twin bedroom and master en suite bedroom. Double glazed, with gas central heating throughout, and has decking to the front and side.

Shower cubicle with power shower, WC, and vanity unit.
Twin Room
Two wide single beds, vanity unit and ample wardrobe and above bed storage. 19” TV with integrated DVD player.
Master Suite
King size bed with storage above and to either side of this . Mood lighting, vanity unit and a walk in wardrobe with drawers , hanging and shelf storage. It has a 32” wall mounted TV. The en-suite has a full size bath and second power shower.
A hairdryer is provided for your convenience.
ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
You do not need a pass to access the complex, arcade, sports bar, food outlets or the Mash and Barrel where you can purchase both food and drink.
Haven will email you the Play Pass application form ,which if you want them, will allow you to book activities online up to four weeks before the start of your holiday
Hand towels and dish cloth provided free of charge.
Bed linen can be provided at the cost of £20 if required.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MAKING A BOOKING
Decide which date you would like your holiday to commence, changeover days are Monday and Friday.
Select the number of nights you require, either three ( Friday to Monday ) ,four ( Monday to Friday ), or seven starting either Friday or Monday.
Contact us with your request and we will confirm availability and price. If accepted we will then issue our booking form which should be completed and returned to us. You will be required to pay a £100 security bond which will secure your booking.
All monetary transactions will only be accepted by bank transfer. No credit card payments will be accepted.
ABOUT YOUR BOND
Upon completion of your holiday the accommodation will be inspected for any damage.
If satisfactory your bond will be returned within seven days .
We understand that accidents happen and breakages of glass or crockery will not affect your bond.
Any soiled bedding caused by bodily fluids e.g. bed wetting etc. will have to be replaced and the cost deducted from your bond
Your final payment is due six weeks before your arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you cancel your booking prior to your final payment date your bond will be forfeited. Cancellations after the final payment date will result in loss of payment, bond will be returned.
If we can resell your date the funds generated will be returned to you.
We recommend that all guests take out holiday insurance.
IN YOUR HOLIDAY HOME
It is important to stress that the Champagne Lodge will only accommodate four persons, any more will invalidate our insurance. Should there be a request for an infant to be included within the booking ( using a travel cot ) this will be considered.
Overcrowding will result in your being asked to vacate the accommodation immediately .
A guide to operating appliances will be left in the accommodation.
Smoking within the accommodation is strictly prohibited.
Due to the fire hazard BBQ’s are not permitted on any decking areas .
Please remove outdoor footwear when you enter the Champagne Lodge.
Please be considerate to other holidaymakers and keep noise levels to a minimum.
We will accept small dogs ( maximum two) with a charge of £20 per dog. Unfortunately no puppies will be accepted .
The charging of electric vehicles from this holiday home is strictly prohibited. Anyone found breaching this rule will be asked to leave the accommodation immediately.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Our check in time is anytime after 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
You must vacate the accommodation strictly by 10: 00am on the day of departure in order that the Champagne Lodge can be prepared for the arrival of our next guests.
You will be contacted by us to confirm your arrival time at Haggerston Castle so that we can register your car and party with security.
When leaving the accommodation please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked.
