Just returned from 2 nights in this lovely caravan. Its well equipped and clean & tidy. Great location. Would recommend ????

Caravan was very clean and smelt lovely on arrival , spacious and adequate, only down sides was no ironing board and toilet seat was loose , but overall very pleasant and enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our short brake - caravan was very clean and smelled lovely, floor heating was a nice bonus. Definitely will be back and recommend to our friends.

Stayed for 4 nights and was a lovely holiday/break, great location, owner had great communication and was very accommodating! Caravan was lovely very tidy and clean, with a homely touches. Coffee machine too, 3 bedrooms, smelt lovely too! Your not far from everything from the beach, fair, market, arcades, pubs, shops, bakery etc. Would definitely stay again and love towyn!! Thank you for a lovely stay in your caravan hope to be back soon!

Fantastic accommodation! Lovely and clean, had everything you could want for a short or long stay, including a few bits of food and drink to get you started, including tea, coffee and sugar - the essentials! My only feedback is that the code we were given for the outer gate of the park was out of date (sent to us on the Sunday, the park changes it every Monday, when we arrived) but we were lucky to pass a warden on the way in so he helped us out. Park in general is fab, very tidy and nicely laid out. Looks like a maze at first but it's quite a simple layout once you've explored a couple of times. We came with two small dogs and it was perfect. Lots of room, well supplied and plenty of room for our four legged friends! Highly recommended.

My daughter and I stayed at the caravan for a couple of days. We booked last minute which was extremely easy to do and we received a prompt reply, check in was hassle free. The caravan itself was nice the underfloor heating was lovely in the room we used, caravan was nice and homely my daughter loved the games and colouring books that were their to keep her entertained. Shower was powerful, kitchen had everything needed for our stay though we didn’t do any cooking whilst their. Nice quiet location, considering being so close to lots of local amenities. I would definitely stay here when in the area again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I feel really torn with this review. The caravan itself is lovely, smelt amazing and was spotlessly clean. The double bed was comfortable, not sure about the twin rooms as I stayed on the sofa in the front room (it was comfortable) The advert says there is a patio area, this is not the case. There is a small grass area with paving slabs for the parking. The fridge is tiny, hardly enough room for the dogs food and our own, this really really needs to be looked into and improved as there is enough space for a much larger fridge freezer. Some of the curtains do not close fully, due to this I used blankets to cover the windows at night so I felt I had the privacy needed. As it is a self catering caravan you would expect there to be large plates. We could only find small sandwich plates which are not suitable to be eating full meals off. We had to go out and buy some. I contacted the owner regarding this and she said it was due to a past client which we completely understood, but we should have been made aware of this before arrival so we could bring some. There was no clothing horse to dry out wet clothes after the beach, and I couldn't find a brush anywhere. I found the owner to be very blunt on text message, I believe a simple apology for the plates would have been sufficient but we never received any such thing, all correspondence seemed very blunt and short. They could have said "enjoy your stay". The caravan is directly next to a train line, so there is a lot of noise coming from running trains. This didn't bother me as I am a heavy sleeper but my mum had hardly any sleep due to this, so if you're a light sleeper this property might not be for you. Neighbours were horrendously noisy until gone 3am, shouting and screaming and singing right outside. But this doesn't reflect on the caravan itself as they could have just been renting like ourselves. The beach was so close by which was amazing, and the site is right next to loads of restaurants, shops and local amenities. There is a fair, market and park across the road. All amazing! So many things to do and places to go! We loved the fact that the caravan and the site is dog friendly. All in all, we booked a last moments stay at a reasonable price, it wasn't terrible by any means but there are definitely small improvements that could be made to create a better experience. I really think if the owner took a little more time to improve the experience in future then this caravan will do amazing ! Thanks for a fun packed holiday! We stayed here for a couple of nights and the caravan was nice and clean. The site is opposite Tir Prince Fair which is handy, 10 minute walk along the beach to Knightleys Fun Fair which is nice. Onsite there is a small pool which is adequete, a club house with kids entertainment until 9pm and then adult entertainment until late. There are amusement arcades which we all enjoyed and a little soft play area. We would definately return.
