Butlins Minehead - Holiday Accommodation 14293

Welcome to our double glazed, central heated 8 berth caravan sited on the Lakeside Caravan Park within the Butlins Minehead Resort.

We have and are still enjoying many relaxing weekends in our caravan and are currently making it as comfortable as possible for guests.

The lounge has wrap around seating, gas fire, Smart TV, CD/radio player and a DVD player with a variety of DVDs for your use.
The dining area has a table with wrap around seating and 2 stools.
The kitchen has a full sized cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Cutlery, pots and pans are also provided.
Please bring your own towels and tea towels.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms, with a pull out bed in the lounge.
Duvets and pillows are provided, guests are required to bring their own bottom sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers please. However, these can be provided at an additional cost.
All beds have mattress and pillow protectors.
There is also a highchair and travel cot.

The bathroom has a fully fitted shower with w/c and wash hand basin. There is also a second w/c and wash hand basin.

Outside we have newly fitted decking complete with patio furniture. There is also a separate picnic bench to the side.
There is one dedicated parking space with additional parking in the main car parks.

Gas and electric are included in the price. There is free Wi-Fi exclusive to our caravan guests.
Also included are 2 adult and 2 children passes to enjoy Butlins leisure facilities and entertainment. If required, extra passes can be arranged at a charge.

A £50 deposit will secure your booking.

For a family break we require £100 bond to cover any damage or breakages. For adult weekends we will require £150 bond per break.
This will be returned to you in 5 working days providing all is in order.
NB: I don't want to sound harsh but if you are not willing to own up and pay for any damages/breakages then please don't book my caravan.

The caravan is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms that are always checked before any guests arrive.

Please note that adult weekend bookings are for a maximum of 6 adults only and your passes are included.

The Minehead & West Golf Club is adjacent to the caravan park.
Opposite the Butlins Resort is a sandy beach with Minehead town a short stroll away. Here you will find pubs/restaurants, cafes and a good selection of shops.
