About the owner

Hello, we are foster carers and we like to take the children away to the beach for a break. We have tried to make this van, The Gracie-Belle, a home away from home with everything that is needed for a lovely family holiday. We try to keep our prices competitive to enable everyone to have a well deserved holiday. We have been fostering for almost 20 years, mainly teenagers and we like to think that we’ve helped a lot of children reach their goals into adulthood. We have 2 horses and 2 dogs, hence we understand that it’s great to have your loving family pet dog on holiday with you, instead of having to leave them with strangers. We welcome you into our caravan and hope that you enjoy your holiday.

Description

Thank you for looking at our caravan that we have for hire on the popular Lyons Winkups- Primrose caravan park at Towyn, North Wales.
8 berth, 3 bedrooms, (a double, 2 with twin single beds, and a double sofa bed) a bathroom and a 2nd toilet.

Double glazed and central heating throughout. Microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker and air fryer, hair dryer, iron and board.
Highchair, cot and training toilet/step for toddlers.

Attached to the park there is a swimming pool, arcade, cabaret lounge, 8 screen sports bar, under 5’s soft play area, chip shop, supermarket and many eating places around the area, and many will deliver to the caravan. Asda also do a delivery service to the caravan.

This caravan is on an end plot on the edge of the main park, which makes it more private. There's room for 2 cars next to the caravan, a patio area and a grass area. The decking has a table and chairs with a parasol. There’s also a table with benches on the grass area.

No smoking inside the caravan. Thank you for your cooperation.
Well behaved pets are welcome but not to be left on their own in the caravan please, unless they are quiet and are used to being left alone.

Just over the road is the famous Tir open market, and a newly refurbished larger funfair than what was previously there, which is now open throughout the season. Attached to the fair is a go cart track. Please find details of when the fair and market are open from the reception as they’re closed during closed season.
Just a short walk to the beach.
5 mins drive to the lovely Rhyl beach and the famous Sun centre, which has multiple slides with indoor and outdoor pools, a great day out for all the family. Also, next door to the sun centre is a ninja tag active, for adults and children.
There is a dog friendly pub in Rhyl ‘sun verge’ and they do very nice meals and a great carvery.

A deposit of £50 will secure the dates, and also a refundable bond of £100 will be added to the price but which is refundable when the caravan has been inspected and is found to be clean with no breakages or damage.
All fees to be paid 6 weeks before your booking date.
If a last minute booking is agreed, full payment must be made straight away on agreement.
All beds are made up fresh ready for your arrival.
PLEASE TAKE YOUR OWN TOWELS.
It would be much appreciated if you could leave the caravan as you found it, clean and tidy. Thank you.

Passes are required to use the on-site facilities and these can be purchased from the office.

Aside from the park, there are lots of food places along the main stretch, some great pubs with live entertainment and karaoke.
A short 5 minute drive to Rhyl with lots of shops and restaurants, a lovely beach and the sun centre.
The on-site sports bar has 8 large screens, pool table and other facilities. The entertainment club have regular live entertainment, which gets the kids involved and they also play bingo, so don’t forget your dabbers. This club houses the soft play for the younger children too. There is also an arcade on site and also on the stretch for the children.

Stayed here at the weekend, beautiful caravan, equipped with everything you need, owners are really nice aswell, would definitely recommend.. and would definitely be returning..had a brilliant time thank you x

Second time now myself and partner havee gone with another couple. Perfect location with loads to see. Last time we went to the 2 different castles located close by and this time Rhyl waterfall which has amazing views at the top. Cosy and comfortable with plenty of space for us all. Local amenities are really good with full English breakfast a short walk away and sports bar at the end of the road. Will book again for next year.

loved my 3 night stay at this caravan with my two young children under 3. They had an amazing time & loved the caravan. So spacious. Amazing for the price & in a corner with some grass enough for the kids to play around in view of he caravan. Amazing contact with the owner too, couldn’t help enough. 100% will be rebooking with this owner.

Lovely caravan with loads of outside space and in quiet area in a good location The caravan had everything you need and was spotless we really enjoyed our stay and more importantly our 17 year old border collie loved it.

Highly recommend these owners and caravan, Lesley who has dealt with all my enquiries from the start has been amazing and got back to me straight away, the caravan upon arrival smelt absolutely beautiful very clean and fresh, we had everything there that was needed for my family of younger & older children. The beds in one room were made up in children’s bedding for my younger 2 which was a lovely touch. The fair & market are a stones throw away and it’s also a 5 minute walk to the beach. This holiday has been brilliant and I couldn’t have asked for a better caravan or owners to deal with. Thank you for our lovely stay we will definitely be returning.

Amazing weekend break with plenty to see and do. Market across the road along with the fair. Short drive to conwy castle and Gwyrch castle. Me and my partner went with another couple and the caravan had plenty of space for all of us. Good collection of dvds to sit and watch after the long day walking around the castles and along the beach. Plenty of bars and food local to be able to watch sports throughout the days/nights and get something to takeaway after a long day. Will definitely be going back.

Owner's booking terms

Please get in touch by either email or mobile (ring or text) if you’d like more information.
£50 deposit is payable to secure the dates and until this is paid, the dates are not secure and will be rented out to other people if required.
£100 security bond will be added onto the rental price to cover any damage, or breakages, but this is fully refundable when all is checked and we have been notified that all is in good order.
All monies must be paid in full 6 weeks before your booked dates.
When all monies are paid and everything is in order, I will give the full address and keysafe code the night before your booked dates. The key code safe is changed every week.
All people who are staying at the caravan must be named on the booking sheet, or this will affect the return of your bond in full.
This is for insurance purposes and for us to know how many beds are to be made up. ...Show less

Important information

Please arrive no earlier than 2.30pm on your arrival date to give time for the inspection before your arrival. Sometimes this can be negotiable if the caravan is empty before your booked date.
Please do not leave bags of rubbish outside as this will attract the seagulls and they make a mess. There are bins situated around the site for your use and on leaving the caravan at the end of your stay, please make sure all rubbish and belongings are removed and the caravan is left clean and tidy.
The Xbox and DVD player are there for your use, please enjoy and respect them.
If you use the air fryer and sandwich maker, please clean them at the end of your stay.
Please make sure you lock up and secure the caravan when you leave it at any time. There is a cctv camera situated on the outside of the caravan covering the parking area. This is on a motion sensor so will be activated by movement.
Please make sure that all heating is switched off when leaving the caravan, this helps to keep the costs down.
There are waterproof mattress covers (not the plastic ones) on all of the single beds, please do not remove these.
Please vacate the caravan before 10.30am on your departure date, and please leave it clean and tidy.
