All prices are in Pounds GB and are not subject to VAT. Gas and electricity are included in the price;

The price is based on a maximum of 6 guests. Extra guests cannot be accommodated;

The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition, as you would expect to find it;

Bookings run from Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday. Friday to Friday and Monday to Monday can also be accommodated on request;

Arrival is from 4 pm on day of arrival and departure no later than 10 am on day of departure.

A security deposit of £100 must be received to secure the booking. This is non-refundable in the event that you do not pay the balance, breach the terms and conditions, or leave the caravan in a poor state. Assuming terms and conditions are adhered to, then this will be returned to you no later than 14 days after your date of departure;

The balance of your booking must be received at least 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date;

Payments must be made by bank transfer - cheques and cash are not accepted;

Sorry no animals are allowed in the caravan;

We operate a strictly no smoking policy within the caravan

CANCELLATION
Notification at least 8 Weeks prior to holiday start date - If the cancellation is notified to us at least 8 weeks prior to the original start date, only the non-refundable deposit of £100 will be retained. Any other monies paid will be returned to you;

Notification less than 8 Weeks prior to the holiday start date - If notice of the cancellation is received less than 8 weeks prior to the original start date, and we are unable to re-let the property for the same period, the rental will be payable by you in full. Where the property is re-let, the non-refundable deposit of £100 will be retained, with any other monies paid being returned to you.

YOU SHOULD OBTAIN ADEQUATE CANCELLATION INSURANCE TO HANDLE UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.

DAMAGE
If you damage the property or furnishings in any way or leave it in an unacceptable condition we reserve the right to retain your security deposit;
In the event that the cost of rectifying the damage or poor condition of the caravan exceeds the value of the security deposit, then we reserve the right to invoice you for those costs in full.

HAVEN FACILITIES AND PASSES
As guests of a private renter, no fun passes are included in the price of the holiday;
You can buy fun passes directly from Haven once you have arrived on site;
As guests of a private renter, you will not be able book activities prior to arriving on site. Once on site, there is no guarantee that activities will have remaining availability;
